Alot of the sellers are clearance people. They'll just do the clearance job and thats it. Not worried about cleaning a hoover as doubt would make more saleable. Maybe a extra £5 so not worth the work. I used to work for an auction house and did all the clearances, and did exactly the same in the late 90s. Got paid from the job, tipped the rubbish and booted the rest. No point wasting time cleaning items, if it doesn't sell it will be at the tip after being put out twice. So no real loss as got paid well from the job in the first place.
I don't understand people who don't want to be filmed. You walk out your front door and up the street and are recorded by dashcams, cctv and doorbell cameras. Clearly trying to hide from the TAX MAN, prob another ebay seller using a private account haha. I wonder whether its just you he spoke to like that or he did with the many other sellers and buyers who frequent that bootsale and record. Not ventured to Ford this side of xmas yet but will prob be over in the next few weeks.
I’m not the biggest fan of his personality. But in his defence seemed like he shaked the chaps hand but in that moment was against an a”rsehole of a seller and trying to test/pick up before other sellers got in there.
You have to look at it,and it's hardly like he's throwing them across the floor,these things are getting picked up by hundreds of pairs of hands a day chillout.
I think they mean, did you steal the saying, "I appreciate it " from the Cinncinati Picker , not that you stole anything at the car boot. @@Theearlybirdbuyer

My beef too with all resellers at booties . I need to make money too
