Thank for sharing that, I have always wondered what sort of training is done at a national level. That looked impressive and constructive/useful. One of the most successful club teams I played for, at the end of each training night, used to play opposed rugby across the pitch with 3 or 4 wing forwards, against the main team. It forced them to make sure their team drills worked as the wing-forwards could be very disruptive if not. It worked very well, it made the team much more cohesive. Looking forward to this evening's match. I am expecting a very tough game, come on Scotland.
