That was very complicated you all should ship the device with the loop band already assembled

The straps are already assembled once shipped. This guide can be followed if you change the orientations of the module holders or would like to change its size(make it shorter/longer)

This is honestly the worst strap system I’ve ever used on anything. Difficult to fit through hard plastic parts; not nearly adjustable enough - clearly purpose designed for knees and not even great at that

Agreed. I'm just gonna buy some freaking two-sided velcro and ditch these straps.
