Just got these and cant get them to sync. the seem synced then one turns off ugh. been messing with it for an hour! Just going to return them. Not at what I expected from the reviews. I cant see this lasting

Can you sell parts I just bought the latest move and did not see any of the changes you were talking about in this video ?? There is no versatility on moving the lights around . Have strap slots on all four sides so we can adjust them up or down or side to side would be huge !!!!!

I'm confused, is this specific video for osteoarthritis or any type of knee pain like a meniscus tear? On the part where it says to use it on the upper thigh and lower thigh, it shows him shifting it to his tibialis, is that what is meant? Or did you mean to show it being on the top part of the thigh and lower part?? Also, do I need to be using it directly on the part of my knee that hurts? Sometimes I find it hard to position it directly on top of my meniscus

These are NOT good instructions. There is a LEAD module marked by a VERY SMALL almost unreadable L on the side. The LEAD module must be set first, then the other modules to sync correctly. I saw this in another video and it worked fine.

I stay in the morning sun around 9 or 10 o'clock to get infrared light. It's very good to cure my joint pain.

Besides the technology that sounds incredible (if not just marketing!), this product looks ugly and not very practical. Actually, the charging station looks like a good portable device (which does not seem to be).

Hold the start button until you hear a second beep; then, they will sync. Kineon doesn't have very good instructions.

I just received my Move+pro two days ago. Can anyone tell me why the charging case light would remain on after removing a module? There is a small pinhole on the bottom of the charging dock. Does this reset the charging dock?

I have not been able to get mine "short enough to fit snug. When you shorten the straps there is nowhere for the velcro hook on to. It's a poor design!!! Unless you can show me otherwise. I just received mine 2 day ago and have been messing with straps non-stop. Annoying.

I received this device through a friend ordering it for me. The strap on the male side of the buckle is missing the velcro 🎉 will not stay closed. An 8" strap with the velcro closure teeth intact is needed. How can I get this strap replaced?
