All the games water actually looks good for their time 5:59 They didnt cheap out by making the water a flat polygon for easier rendering, even GTA 3 had proper 3D waves 2023 and Bethesda still cant do 3D waves (starfield)
Cyberpunk 2077's water behaves the same as Grand Theft Auto III's and it is 2 years newer than Red Dead Redemption II which has the most realistic water effects in any game. GTA III had poor water effects mainly because it’s a 2001 game.

Yes, most of the people like GTA sa because they have shit PC and the people who like GTA 5 are mostly kids of this generation who have powerful gaming PC and only care about graphics. (I'm not saying everyone, I'm just saying most of them) GTA 4 is too ahead of it's time and deserves more appreciation.

But I wanted a new game to try so I played gta5 yesterday and I can't seem to like it. The use of vehicles or any transportation sucks really bad. It just seems more built for kids on a low playing i.q .. I wished I liked it but...it didn't happen.
