    1. If Ecosystem has to be Built then "10%" of companies and government turnover has to be invested by government and firms into "(Digital) native Research & Development" otherwise there is Physical relocation of talent with culture and knowledge to other parts of world first for education and then building IP in respective country.
    2. Foreign banks are giving loans to foreign-firms for infra projects like Metro-Rail etc, putting the clauses to those foreign firms from europe like france, germany etc, saying that they should commit some portion of the profits and jobs back in their respective countries. This means 1. IP and R&D jobs of digital-infra are not growing at equal pace as Infra growth in country. Also pt.2 we should see Indian banks also do this similar approach to push r&d back in India.
    3. Very true, that India needs to move "product eco system" but banks should motivate the techies for building such products and sustain for min 10 year period and help to globalize like what foreign banks are doing, so that country can benefit

To my mind, most of the suggestions coming in ...suggesting "these particular do called reforms", "for multiplying Capital" etc .. seems extremely ",high risk"...n the suggestions are coming from a model that is already past expiry date...n on the brink of implosion. The suggestions serm to be a kind of coercion to "loot" from the present day Capital Rich India..which is enjoying the sweet spot because of it's stellar n scintillating policies .
    .
    Exactly. Not fiction ..Absolutely...
Unlike those living , surviving, n seemingly flourishing on endlessly empty n sans-substance-eady-cash..easy capital...unbridled credit without sny foundation whatsoever..
Our system is on solid foundation...
Unlike the bloating n fragile ecternal bubble n looming recession..slow down..negative financial.economic growth.

Because that PhD holder buy thesis for 2000 Rs. Because that engineer is not skilled enough.
WEF data - 70% Indian graduates are unemployable
