While watching this series different emotions can be felt: sadness ,affection ,envy ,etc...the director has the skills of mixing such feelings ,it is worth appreciating,admiring.
I really love this movie Remembering Lichuan. Every episodes are so exciting. Every time GODFREY GAO will appear, the scene becomes so loving and exciting. GODFREY GAO really hypnotized millions of his fans. But unfortunately, he will never give us a loving, amazing a perfect movie to watch. GODFREY GAO YOU'LL BE MISSED BY YOUR LOVE ONE FOREVER.
What can't be understood by watchers before was his decision to let past pass ,asking her " do you want me to directly insult you ?"which made me as a watcher to hate him but it was understood by her lately when he knew that he had a life -;threatening disease & that he doesn 't wanted her to have a life with him full of fears. worries & pains.
Whereas in this epi. Annie was so apologetic to LC upon knowing from a friend that he seems to be anemic & so she apologized to him ...& became friends again .
At first I thought LC' s reason in coming back to Shanghai was to fix his relationship with xq but it was unbearable for her coz he totally changed his treatment to her as if they didn 't have any relationship 4 yrs.ago,I couldn' t blame her for being disrespecful to him as a superior at GMF.

kudos to the screenwriters, they have a knack for combining a "serious" issue and comedy - a restroom scene. ML & FL complement each other well.
LC was intensely looking at XQ while she was explaining ,it was undeniable that there was an intense feeling in him but he controlled it.
