The performer that does himself with command and virtuosity, and with nuance and contrast of tones. His technique is ironclad and invincible.
The composer is a very intelligent entity, but relying overly on his left brain, his computerized automated pattern oriented consciousness, rather than his heart. There is very very little in this music unfortunately, which embraces or captures the heart, and much which beguiles and impresses the mind.
He would do well to slow his consciousness down a bit and create something truly of emotional power if he would do justice to the incredible compositional potential which he has. Unfortunately, as it stands now, we will remember the performer and the performance far more than we will the music.
