After about a year of use, we ran into some trouble with these headphones. They are constantly disconnecting from bluetooth and one of the earbuds is super quiet. I messaged Tozo to inquire about the warranty, and they are sending a full replacement. Two thumbs up for their customer service!
That happened to me too for my first pair so I actually just bought a new one. However my new lie went through the wash accidentally and was fine for a few days after a minor disconnect here and there but now one has just stopped working completely. I know it’s supposed to be very water resistant so please let me know if I should ask for a replacement? I’m not sure if going through the wash would be covered by the warranty but I can’t afford to buy a third pair and I don’t have any wireless earbuds to transcribe music with now. I need the good close quality sound to do so. Please lmk ASAP cuz you seem to have good experience lol
I know this is a year old video but i just got these TOZO T6 earbuds and i absoultly love them!! I have smaller ears and they still fit perfectly, they dont come out when im working in the horse barn and really doing alot of moving around, throwing/stacking hay, bending over, being in sometimes akward positions taking care of the farm and i have never had one get loose or fall out! The sound quality is amazing and crystal clear and others that i have talked to on the phone or done zoom calls with have said that they hear me better with these than any other head sets or buds i have ever had! The price point is also amazing, i have a tight budget and am soooo happy i found these!!

The touch controls on the side are fantastically good if you wanted to pause music or youtube at work when someone asks you a question so you can hear them without taking the headset out. They are incredibly good at isolating and even at the lowest volume they can shut out the world around you. I wear them everywhere and love them so much.
These are the best budget buds ever. Got them for $24 bucks on a sale last year and they're still going strong. Sound quality is great for cheap buds, have had no issues with the mic and they're durable enough to take a few drops on concrete with no issue. I bought the new TOZO NC9s recently and they're great but I keep going back to these. Would recommend these to everyone at $30 or less

Also great for showering if you want to! 🛀 The only thing I didn't like 100%: the touch controls don't always react reliably. This means that a double tap sometimes does not lead to the next song, but pauses playback because only 1 tap is recognized. Conclusion --> great EarBuds for a great price!
Once i connected them to my phone and fitted the correct size ear pieces i was very happy as the fit and feel very comfy and produce a great sound with nice base and cut the background noise out. they come with their own carry-case which also is a charge case and can charge them as stated on the instructions 6 times.
Why do manufacturers overlook the benefits of USB-C? To me that's a huge downside to these. I had ordered the T10s, but then I saw these were newer and thought for sure these would also be USB-C. Upsetting really.
My good friend was wearing these while we were in a video chat and I asked them about him and he told me he loved them and I should get them so I went onto Amazon and I purchase them and it's been one of the best purchases I've made their great I love the long battery life that they have and the Sleek color and the casing and I'm glad to know that there were proof that's great or water-resistant

I would tape the button to turn up the volume and I ended up turning the thing off. Cant go wrong with wired but the damn cord is always tangled. For one I'd like to just pop out of my pocket an automatically untangle itself
I found a brand new pair of T-6 on offer up for 15 buks!... And since I picked them up,,,. They are always with me!!! BT buds I ever smoked.... Oops "OWNED!"

ANC is amazing! I remember when I first experienced ANC, my mouth was just was wide open. It was like I was witnessing black magic so I know how you feel :) However, you will never be able to find ANC at TWSs at sub-50$ price range. If a product is advertising that at this range, they must be lying :) The good thing about T6 is that since it has 5 pairs of silicone tips, it's really easy to find a tip that fits your ears perfectly. And when you find one that fits your ears perfectly they block out a lot of the outside noise. It's actually really impressive, especially for this price.
They don't work with apple music, as soon as I play any song on apple music it says: "link loss" and just shuts up. Any other apps work perfectly with those earbuds(youtube, netflix, etc) any ideas how to fix it?
Just go these couple days ago. I think my left earbud is slightly damaged somehow, since it sounds worse and more quiet than the right earbud. Other than that, they seem to be pretty good.
It is pretty loud. If you are looking for a technical question, it is slightly bass-heavy sound profile. They can reproduce a touch of extra thump, rumble, and boom, while vocals and lead instruments are detailed and clear.
