My first question-
There must be expiry date of your visa in there. How many days visa have you got?
Some gets 60 days some get 90 days.
Visa date starts when visa is issued to expiry of visa does not matter when you go there but you can stay upto 30 days in one stretch.
visa is valid till 21 sep 2025, i think thats the expiry date, and its a multiple journey visa with short stay per entry. Now i have no idea k kitne din ka stay allowed hai.

As an Indian passport holder we are eligible for 96 hours transit visa as well. So do I need any other visa to clear the immigration?

I am not sure for the transit visa. But, you can manage that at airport since they are offering it for all transit travellers.
You wouldn’t need as your eligible for 96 hours transit without visa…..which means you can get outside the city and be there for 96 hours

Singapore website does require such mandate but, travel agents ask for return flight tickets & accommodation confirmation in Singapore.
However, there is a thing called dummy tickets. You pay little for these tickets.
