Once I was called up for a club in Delhi...I was really happy that I would pursue my dream of becoming a pro but you know what the system never allow us as they would make excuses and some other issues etc the point is here never trust them unless they saw us the contract or agreement....and I know iam not the only one there are many footballers out here in Arunachal Pradesh......sab howre krta h bada bada baat krke..jabki talent ka Kami he nei h.
Yes you're right brother our footballing system in India isn't upto the level , even I've face it many times but if you or anyone wants to become pro... You must aim to become the best version of yourself n keep trying in every possible.. N should not get disappointed by small set backs.. Aim for 🇮🇳
Lot's of talented footballers in Arunachal pradesh...I have seen some better player then the national team have...but they are playing just local tournaments and people love them...people gather just to watch them...the player lack behind because in Arunachal at earlier times didn't have proper structure for football... Even though they didn't shine I appreciate them. ..but now since we have social media and many other things for the upgradation of the sporta i hope in future there will be more players from Arunachal representing India.

Arunachal have many talented players but it's sad to said that due to lack of grassroots , financial problems, no proper club or academy and most importantly government are busy in their politics And if there is any trials is conduct only politics connection or their known player are getting change to play 😢
Same goes to nagaland as well even tho we have big name like Dr T Ao who was the frst Olympic Indian captain but it's sad that nagaland football is not growing coz of the same problem like arunachal as you said.....
At the End its INDIA, We LACK in Football! But hoping for a beetter improvement and thus we are withnessing an improvement in it...Its gonna take time but hopefully sooon.....
