This is what Okra good for in short: 7 Nutrition and Health Benefits of Okra Okra is rich in magnesium, folate, fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins C, K1 and A. It may help support healthy pregnancy, heart health, blood sugar. it may even have anticancer properties.
In South Africa, when cooking Vendas they add 2-3 leaves of spinach, and 2-3 leaves of pumpkin tree, it makes a nice form and has even more benefits coz of spinach & pumpkin leaves
I like it when Africans tell their own story I watched a video by I presume a British guy yesterday on You Tube and the guy was also in Zimbabwe recently and guy was reporting very badly of Zimbabwe you would think that life doesn't exist in Zimbabwe, he even titled his video Rhodesia Ruins, and he got a lot of views and reading comments something struck me that his people thinks that without them black people can't progress they were having a field day mocking Zimbabwe on almost everything that was being shown on the video that they found funny or hilarious, Kelvin you have done very well people out there are now able to separate exaggerated negative content and the reality on the ground yes there is a lot of challenges in Zimbabwe but you have shown to a lot of Zimbabweans that it's possible to make it in Zimbabwe even with those challenges by showcasing the success stories that you show us every week be it farmers, businessmen or other Zimbabweans who are doing well and pushing towards success in difficult situations and not the picture that European Vloggers paint of Zimbabwe when they come filming, I like the organic content that you bring people are able to see the lives of the people in Zimbabwe from your lenses.TV
It all boils down to the dangers of a single story, as Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie said. I'm so happy there are many African vloggers telling their own stories these days, I can't get enough of them!
Nutrition. Okra is rich in vitamins A and C, as well antioxidants that help reduce the risk of serious health conditions like cancer diabetes stroke and heart disease 🇯🇲
Haki ya mungu the way the guy looks like his wife is interesting for sure and i like the you content creators are united when you visits each other's country.
Happy for this video😊finally. Skumawiki is Kales, but we have different types like spinach, rape, covo and you find them in most households in Zim. Then that zumbani is called Lipia Javanica.
That's soo true Biriot , Trudy is soo humble and a loving person, l love her soo much and her husband Maya, l also watch your contents lots Biriot, by the way your wife is veery cute and well behaved, you married a good wife l must say
Baking powder is put in okra to maintain the green colour of the okra. If you don’t put it, the okra will turn brown and won’t be appealing to the eye.
Hey Miss Trudy new subscriber here! Zumbani is not a tree its a plant, its leaves are used to make herbal tea and it became common and well known in Zimbabwe during COVID-19 period. Okra has so many health benefits it contains calcium, vitamin k, helps in digestion since it has fibre, diabetic patients are also encouraged to have it as part of their diet ...thats all l know.
Wow. Biriot family! I'm watching all the way from UK and I have new found respect for you. I like how you held your wife when Miss Trudy was there. Many young men make a mistake of making their wives feel insecure in front of another gorgeous lady. Well done. New respect for you.
Miss Trudy, you’re the best. Stay humble and like the Bible says “humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,” You’re a great representative of Africa.
She's becoming multi African cultural by visiting many African countries and promoting tourism in those countries. She a Kenyan married to wodemaya a gananian work together in promoting tourism in Africa that is why she can say words in Kenyan language and ganian now she's learning a bit of Shona. If that doesn't sound great I don't know

They even took a selfie with him 😜they still have the pic
We eat okra in the Caribbean. We eat it with rice and with corn meal in coucou especially in Barbados. We also eat it like okra slush with salt fish. Very tasty.
that meal did turn out pleasing to the eyes and looked scrumptious. I think I would eat that type of ugali vs the ones in West Kennya. It reminded of the soft turned cornmeal I am accustomed to in the Carribean, or something the Americans make, Grits. I am glad you enjoyed yourself is opened to trying new foods and cultures.
Best video of you Ms Trudy. Mzuri sana! Shout out to my brother Biriot and his wife for representing us so well. Interesting to hear that you and Wode met in Ethiopia 🇪🇹, which is also my second home.
Chitungwiza is spiritual in that Pasipamire the pre-colonial svikiro (spirit medium) of Chaminuka (of Mbuya Nehanda) lived in there. So we can safely say that Chaminuka lived in Chitungwiza.

Absolutely not. This cannot be true. Linguistically Zimbabwe is very homogeneous with the majority spoken language being Shona and it’s variations and a distant second is Ndebele.
