I`ve got your spreadsheet and try to check the links, two questions 1. why we use ρ'=0?, and 2. in my case I use c-25 concrete and ρ>ρo, and the depth becomes 20cm, but using the older code depth become 13cm! I tried many spans and still higher slab depths. and still almost >70% buildings casted with 15cm slab thickness and still safe! if older code is safe why to work with uneconomical section or is my the depth calculation error thank you for response

So for the field moment: the rebar for Mxf will be placed below the rebar of Myf so to get the depth(d); for Mxf dxn we can just subtract the cover and half of the rebar of Mxf but for the Myf dxn we have to subtract the rebar of Mxf,cover & half of the rebar of Myf. This concept also goes for the support moment. And note that for the support moment the rebar of Mxs will be above the rebar of Mys; these support moment rebars will meet at the corner of a slab try to see this idea on drawing. & also the field moment is going to be below neutral axis and the support moment will be above neutral axis.
