I’m Vietnamese thanks for y’all compliments ❤
I ve flown Air Vietnam several times, business class and thoroughly recommend it. Looking forward to a trip to Vietnam next week.
How much did it cost you?
Thank you for the flight report! I flown VN from Frankfurt to HCMC in Economy Class and it was by far the best flight in a long time :)
Thanks for showing the middle seats! I’ll be traveling with my husband so it’s nice to see what that experience will be like. ❤
Thanks for the Video i think in jan ill try that Airline for a trip to Sydney
I once flew with Vietnam Airlines (VNA) in business class from London Heathrow airport to Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, departed around noon and arrived around 6AM. The aircraft VNA used was B787-9 but there was no wifi on board. Service and foods were decent.
Nice video!
The Aus lounge is a lot better than the HCMC one, food tends to stand around for a long time with an occasional stir. I stick to wine or beer.
Haven't flown VA for ages as I was tricked for a direct flight SGN to Gatwick rtn, plane landed in Frankfurt outbound and Paris on rtn. this added 3 hrs. each way to flight times. I found out direct does not mean nonstop. Business class was the old just wider seats, but the food was good, and drinks kept flowing.
My airlines are now Qatar or Emirates, though the latter is starting to penny pinch but the A380 on the Doha to London/Birmingham is wonderful. I suffer the A777 on the other leg.
The A350 looks interesting so I will check out the SGN - LHR cost for my next trip home.
Thanks for posting
I have never flown Viet Nam airlines , I’ve heard is pretty good
I’ve traveled to Viet Nam from Wellington but first Thailand then flew to Hanoi
Another time overland from Thailand/ Cambodia to Ho Chi Minh City
VA is a fantastic airline for Bus Class. And you are getting 85% of the standard of the top line airlines for 50%-70% of the price. Its an easy decision
Hey buddy! The seatbelt is not padded for comfort - there is a kind of airbag inside. It is becouse of the proximity of the hard shell seat in front of you.
Good report anyhow
First time to see your video. Very good job. Most importantly, you mentioned it as a pretty warm flight without air nozzle. That's probably the 3rd most important any flight review can give. Better chilly than hot. Can't stand warm flights, and always look at that determining what airline to fly.
Agreed and unfortunately getting quite rare in premium cabins
How much did it cost you?❤❤❤❤
Thanks for the report. I have travelled on Vietnam Airlines in Economy and Premium and found them to be quite good. I was interested in your report as I am looking at going Business on my next flight. How come there is no wine list?
It's a bit strange that there wasn't a detailed wine list, but the flight crew were very knowledgeable on the wines they had on board and happy to explain!
I used to fly with Emirates Business Class Paris/Dubai/Ho Chi Minh City. From Paris to Dubai with Airbus A380 and from Dubai to SGN with Boeing B777-300ER. At Charles de Gaulle Airport, Emirates have their own lounge and on board there are at least 5 attendants for Business Class. Business class tickets are cheaper than VN Airlines ones.
Hi flown Amber, it’s business Sydney to Bangkok. I don’t think you could get any better. I don’t think I could get any better
I have flown Emirates business a few times it couldn’t get any better
direct flight or stopover?
Is there no wifi on board the plane?
I agree, I hate a hot plane. I’d rather be cold and warm.
Not sure where you get the "Luxury for less" from but I recently flew from SFO to SGN, cost about the same as Eva Airlines. Total close to 6k USD, not worth the price, the seats were in horrible condition but the service is decent. Only difference between Eva and VNA is EVA I had to stop in Taipei for 2 hours but with VNA, it's nonstop.
These flights were just over 2600USD return, including the Air New Zealand connecting flights. Much cheaper than any other business class fares on the route at the time we booked. Fares and alternative options might have changed quite a bit since then, of course!
The foods appeared not very attractive. Time delay to be on the ground isn't very good schedule. Warm seats . . . very interesting.
2456.😊
My god that skyteam lounge looks depressing as fuck. And people complain about the Lotus Lounges in SGN and HAN.
Why is Luxury for Less?
Vietnam's business class fares are often available much cheaper than other competitors on these routes (e.g Singapore Airlines, Qantas)
@@elandtravels may I ask how much did you pay for this flight?
@@elandtravels how much did it cost you any idea?
