Brilliant explanation by the General in spite of Khan sahab’s love for Rahul Gandhi’s ecosystem and narrative; the one person from BJP he could think of quoting to suggest lack of bias was Subramaniam Swamy! Says a lot by itself.

I have been studying indo-china relation from last 1.5 year .....in my personal opinion...the only reason behind dis-engagement of china at LAC is they now will focus on DOKLAM reason...now china will negotiate with bhutan over Beyul and Menchuma valley ....to get more strategic advantage over chickenneck corridor.....china had constructed 22 villages near doklam area..+ village and helipad near fistel area of Arunachal Pradesh aswell....china is now more focusing over eastern side...and this dis- engagement aggreement is nothing but win-win situation for china....

@@rajatkangla3131 more for strategic deception of India. First create problem and then solve it like a mature nation. They have also gamed our news for One up man ship. The compulsion to declare victory is our cultural weakness. The GOI needed a face saver in BRICS especially with Canada and US K issue. So bang came their solution. India will do good to strengthen defence and economy whilst keep a tight watch.. on China. Our challenge will peak by 2030 onwards when the hard power differential peaks. PLA will field. Nearly 1000 5 gen fighters in couple of years and we have to be very nimble and alert. This is no way over.

@@sureshkmenon8912 china is a hard power by civilisation history and never forgets or misses an opportunity. In 1962 war they had been studying us and preparing for war for a long time unlike our historians would tell us.
Indian China military differential will peak around 2030 before reducing slowly. This will be the most vital period to guard against. A war will put brakes on our economy and ambition and our eventual rise. So we must be prepared and Wily to not get into a trap or over confidence or jingoism. Spend on your security without hesitation. Ashoka had peace after facing war, but without might war is assured. Transition of power from US to China is also going to happen by next decade, so we must be cautious as hell.

@@sureshkmenon8912 sir...china always follows expansion policy...just look at the map of China...and locate Great wall of china ... that's now in the middle of china...but in past ...it was used to be china outer boundary....now you look...how much area china has circumscribed under its so called expansion policy.....so we can't expect china to co-operate or behave at LAC or any indo-sino border....if still we're expecting good behaviour from China...then soory to say.... we're the biggest fool...and I bet you sir...this indo-sino border disputes will never settle down....just wait for a while .... you'll see same incident like galwan valley near doklam area again + fistel area or arunachal pradesh.... @@rajatkangla3131 So according to you what's the solution, according to my knowledge we can't beet cina in any field (military power, GDP, technology, manufacturing capacity, internal stability, etc) or any accept of competition. India is a democratic country it has many advantage for its citizens but also many challenges for strong foreign relations and policys.Politics is a dirty game Nowadays government is somehow stable(thank god) but not know what happens tomorrow., China escapes from that problem. Every one talking about the GDP growth and procurement of new equipments to defend China but forgetting the gap, it's huge
