what if the computer won't recognize the transmitter even after you've replaced both batteries and also purchased a wireless replacement kit?

My dZ4LW-C3 was working fine for about a year and then abruptly stopped, both the cadence and speed transmitters. I checked the three batteries which are fine. I did the magnet test with the units off the bike, and were fine. But it won't work on the bike. I've fiddled with the alignment for quite a while... even tried a different magnet from a Sigma bike computer.... Anyway, I sure do miss it working.

I got mine working, tested it then mounted the computer 31 inches away from sensors. No speed readout. I'll have to trouble shoot. Any advice?

Any reason why it shows me correct speed, then it suddently drops from 20km/h to 6km/h then goes back up to 20km/h?? even though i'm still going 20km/h?

Maybe you got interference with some light, and changed when you turn on the light

Why bang it on the counter to get the battery out when you could just gently do it with a knife? lol
