    Thanks for this! Hoping to be moving to Fukuoka from London this November. Seeing this has given me hope that the borders could very well be opened up by then.

    Good job, I definitely am glad to be in Japan than the US during these times of pandemic, racial protests, riots and fire disasters.

    I'm a recent 29yr old mature student Finance graduate from England. Do you think working in Japan is a realistic goal? Ps I don't want to teach English as I've already done that for the past 8 years and I need to develop my career in Finance

      You could work in Finance for a global company in the UK with an office in Japan first and get company transferred. Also you can get a working holiday visa for Japan before you turn 31.
