love seeing the gen1 content! I been eyeing these puddle lights from grove too
Had to get them myself as soon as I saw them.
Ive had the Amazon ones on my Gen 1 for over 3 years and havent had any issues. Had to modify them slightly to fit properly but other than that that they work and are very bright!
I personally dont like that these Grove ones dont sit flush. Not trying to take anything away from him (he makes awesome products) just my opinion. They are extremely bright however 👌🏻
I’m out in the middle of nowhere where it’s pitch black all the time and the extra light output was a must for me.

I just got some $20 amazon cheapy lights and while they are brighter than factory they are no where near as bright as those with that much coverage. I also only have them installed for last 300 miles so we will see how they last. May have to do do these next.
Yeah it’s a mixed bag with those amazon lights. Some get years out of them, others don’t. With KCs you know what you’re getting and the light output is great.
Raptor/R KILLER. What about testing the XTF F-150 Factory Five Kit???
Would love to. But very few of those actually on the trails. I should reach out to factory 5 to see if I can get a demo and test drive. But I’m very honest in my reviews and based on my thoughts on the Fox factory trucks, they may not want someone like me giving an honest review

They are much larger that the stock opening so not possible with the KC lights. And they key here was to use a reliable off the shelf LED and easy install.
All the lights I bought from Morimoto lights they have cool head lights and tail lights but all there lights for the raptor is crap, regretted ever buying them I returned my head lights because they did not working they refused to return my money, I would call them but I guess my number is flagged and they will not give me the time or day. do not buy Morimoto
That’s not good. I’m not a fan of their styling for the raptor. Warranty is great, but they look ugly to me
