✔Ingredients:
3 bananas
1 tablespoon butter ~ 20g
1 tablespoon sugar ~ 20 g
▪️for the dough:
1 egg
3 tablespoons of sugar _ 40 g
vanilla
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil _ 40 ml
1 tablespoon butter _ 20 g
1+1/3 cups flour ~ 190 g
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
cocoa cream (nutella)

Thanks for sharing this, @cookingkisy. My wife and I are dieting, so I'm thinking about how I could replicate this recipe without all the sugar. I really enjoy Monk Fruit liquid as a sweetener -- I use it in oatmeal and coffee, and get it from a company called Now Foods. I also enjoy Monk Fruit sweetened caramels and chocolate from Choc Zero, who also make a Monk Fruit sweetened chocolate-hazelnut spread. I haven't tried that last one yet, but if it's anything like their chocolate squares, it'll be good. I'm thinking the caramels would work in place of the sugar in this recipe, and the chocolate-hazelnut spread would work for the original chocolate spread. I'm not affiliated with either company; I just really appreciate their products because they allow me to have sweets sometimes (and sweetened coffee and oatmeal everyday) without wrecking my blood sugar or diet.
