It blows my mind that people want to not acknowledge the whole mental health aspect. Do people really believe that someone cannot be so mentally ill that they lose all touch with reality? I have personally watched my mother have a nervous breakdown, become catatonic for a few days, and then have hallucinations and delusions for a period of time, while she was hospitalized in a mental institution. She swore to me that our family dogs would come in and sleep with her at night. I tried telling her that the hospital wouldn't allow that, but she was so far gone, she absolutely believed that it was happening. The brain can do some pretty weird things to protect itself from stress and trauma.
I worked for cvs for many years, the issued box cutter is a metal sleeve, 3-4 inches in length, with your basic razor blade. No serrated blade and from what I remember, you can’t switch out the blade.
I grew up in small town Indiana - and I know how small town Indiana justice works - this case will hopefully shine some light on the dark corners of small town Indiana - the judge can deny cameras in the courtroom, but she can't deny media from covering it - Richard Allen may be guilty, but the prosecution's case seems weak, and if they are going to hide the evidence from the public, then their case seems even weaker - social media has its faults, but it does prevent small-town 'justice' from acting with impunity - to the web sleuths out there, keep on this case - something is amiss
Rick didn’t do it. Period. It’s impossible if you look at the phone data…that’s why slick nick is fighting so hard against it and why he lied about not having other data that evidence shows clearly existed (the map of the 3 phones very near the scene) that they accidentally gave to the defense.

His ‘confessions’ started DIRECTLY after he received the discovery. So how can Mr.Prosecutor determine that he said anything that only ‘the killer would have known’, especially when the guy has claimed dozens of incorrect claims?
7 YEARS AFTER THE MURDERS! And the state didn't know the murder weapon used, until RA said "BOX CUTTER"! It's just another example of the state's incompetence and just trying to create evidence to fit their "theory". I would imagine at the time of Autospy, the ME would be able to tell what type of knife by the wounds! And LE would know the type of weapon they were looking for, blade type, size, etc. NOW ITS A BOX CUTTER !!! I CAN'T WITH THIS CASE!

She did an amazing job for a 17 year old girl. She went on many shows and did many interviews. It’s obvious the family had nothing to do with this. Even Richard Allen’s lawyers who have access to all the evidence have never once blamed the family. Even those two shitty defense attorneys won’t stoop so low as to blame the family. From my research I have found that he only has half siblings. His mother was previously married and he is the product of that marriage. His father remarried and had about 4 or 5 half siblings. All but one lived in North Carolina. One half brother lives or lived nearby Richard. He took the name of his stepfather and they had one daughter that as you said he was raised with. Something I find odd is that his mother looked very much like Abby at the same age.

If you know statistics, what is the rate of attack on a young person that is a lone idea? That if theirs a feeling he would, wouldn't his own be a more likely already been bothered person? Not everyone, but from what I see and learn, is it a pattern likely that his daughter would be already a victim? At least someone else coming forward then to say there's a problem? For me one person up to the abduction is the Easiest fit. From there to the end of the crime, two people makes more sense to me. What I would like to see is the timeline from when the girls were found until they were returned as I understand, the next day. Was there a Professional evidence collection and autopsy done or was it a continuation of the unprofessional investigation with no chance of having any confidence of having justice for the girls.
Could you maybe provide more in depth information on the geofencing? If it is easy and accurate, I’m confused as to what the issue is. Every single one of those phones SHOULD be vetted. Why aren’t ALL the searchers being interviewed!?! There were ALOT of people out there searching, all night!! From what I understand this is not a large vast area… SOMEONE HAD TO HAVE SEARCHED THAT AREA THAT NIGHT!! Where are they!? WHO?? Are they!?!?!
Dr. Wala definitely wasn't perfect. Her listening ro shills and participating in groups who were saying RA was faking mental health problems is definitely a problem. (He may have been but we definitely don’t need his therapist hearing people say you are basically complicit in child murder if you believe maybe he wasn't faking). But it is surprising how objective she was despite all of this nonsense.
First off, I believe RA is the killer and some perpetrator. I see two scenarios: RA is either a predator with a hidden past, or something the girls did or said really set him off during a chance encounter. I think the timeline indicates he may have been passing the girls as he was coming off the bridge and they were getting on. He may have told them to stay off the bridge, and they (especially Libby) insulted him and set him off. He turned around and walked to the south end to confront them.
A lot of creator's theories were wrong. No Richard was very familiar with that area , and he had a fantasy that repeated it's self over and over Anyone in true crime knows that.
I don't for a second think it's odin related. This area is full of hillbillies, there has been no evidence of odinists in this area, the crime scene wasn't a sacred area.

Dr. Wala definitely wasn't perfect. Her listening ro shills and participating in groups who were saying RA was faking mental health problems is definitely a problem. (He may have been but we definitely don’t need his therapist hearing people say you are basically complicit in child murder if you believe maybe he wasn't faking). But it is surprising how objective she was despite all of this nonsense.

I made sure to not tell any spoilers that would ruin it.
First off, I believe RA is the killer and some perpetrator. I see two scenarios: RA is either a predator with a hidden past, or something the girls did or said really set him off during a chance encounter. I think the timeline indicates he may have been passing the girls as he was coming off the bridge and they were getting on. He may have told them to stay off the bridge, and they (especially Libby) insulted him and set him off. He turned around and walked to the south end to confront them.
Motta looks ridiculous for being “the voice of RA” after all this stuff was released.
A lot of creator's theories were wrong. No Richard was very familiar with that area , and he had a fantasy that repeated it's self over and over
