I love your vlogs so much ❤ your mum is so much fun ❤ was so happy when I saw this was 2hrs long 😊 never get bored with your content. I was thinking because I get those down days too and I've worked it out why....I'm doing too much and eventhough I go to bed early I'm waking up early. Sometimes I sleep at 10pm and up at 5:30 or 6am and eventhough I can't sleep anymore because I feel well rested my body is telling me I DO need more rest so I started have a siesta in the afternoon and believe it or not the down days started to ease! Maybe give a siesta a go lol. We don't listen to our bodies but it's telling us something. Oh, I once asked you where you got the Vanilla milk from, you didn't answer 😊😂😂 but I found it and have been having ice coffees every day and absolutely loving it 😂 my husband and kids are all surprised that I'm drinking coffee and I tell them it's all down to you 😂 and the milk makes all the difference 😂 my husband tried using some of it the other day and I let him have some and he too tastes the difference 😂 I wish I could hide it from him but it has to go in the fridge 😂 hope you both have a lovely rest of your week ❤ see you in the next one 😊❤
