Hi. We replaced the thermostat on my washer but that didn't solve the problem. It started but then stopped. The error code is still on there. Can you tell me what else it may be? Thank you

I wonder what you do after you replace the entire heating element with the new thermistor attached and you still get the te error?

I have a different LG model washer and my thermistor is not located where you showed it to be. Do you know where else it might be located? WM0642HW
