Hi Gemma, I just wanted to share something with you I recently come across accidentally. Its a phrase and way of life that you and a lot of us do already but who would have thought theres an actual term for it!! I think your followers maybe also be interested in it Its something called 'Hygge' pronounced 'hooga' its Danish. There are books on it too on amazon, its all about a cosy type of lifestyle, cosiness of the soul! Such as lighting candles, fluffy socks, taking pleasure from the soothing things around us. I know u will love the sound of this, I know I do! Maybe you will do a future vid on it 😁

I bought the little book of hygge last year and so looking forward to putting into practice again this year. Definitley recommend!
As a Dane, I wish to remind you all that Hygge is not just about blankets and candles, but most of all it’s a state of mind! Hygge is a feeling, that your surroundings impact, but the people and the happiness that influences this feeling is just an important element as coziness 🤍
To sum up - Hygge can be a walk in the park, spending time with family or visiting a café with a good friend, because the company you keep and the feelings you feel in the moment are just as important elements of Hygge as the physical surroundings/interior x
