Beautiful place ... my kind of place ...I live countryside now & would not have it any other way or place: *Far from the Maddening Crowd* that's where I want to stay ... forever *Thank You Tony Walker* 🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌾🌿☘🍀🍁🍂🍃
Poetry is meant to be heard. Thank you so much for this. A respite in what feels like a wicked, weary world these days. It’s like receiving a present. 🎁
Great this ...I deigned to start reading this interestinginly 2 days ago ! And this is the best audible version I've found so far . You should definitely crack on with the rest. Great job 👍
And now my own mind is invigorated. What an inspiring and calming reading of this poem. The green fields are a lovely setting. Thank you for transporting me to a finer place.
Beautiful scenery and photography. I live in central Scotland, and have often visited the Lake District and surrounding areas as it’s a comfortable drive from my home in the shadow of the Ochils. Looking forward to your next book.
Thank you so much for this, this is so lovely!!! This was the first good audiobook I could find for the first part of the Prelude; beautiful recitation sir; worthy of the Poem.
Oh sooo excited! I love this! Sometimes I get shluff from my family for listening to ghost & scary stories before bed…now I can have your soothing voice & in positive words of illusive & imaginative eloquence to dream the night into… Thank Tony! Subscribed. Will share w/ others too!
Thank you so much for this beautiful reading from Wordsworth’s Prelude. I really hope you do record the second book too. It’s difficult to find a good reader with a pleasant voice and who doesn’t have music playing in the background which in my opinion detracts from the beauty of the poem.

My grandmother was from Inverdunning, near Perth and they were there from generations. It's a nice part of the world
Epic...quite epic. I'll be listening to this again & again, for it's calming soul reprieve
