  • This Relaxation Music can help reduce anxiety and stress, decrease nervousness and panic, encourage good sleep, and more. It includes bilateral beats to increase the the mind body connection and deepen the relaxation effects. Bilateral stimulation is a proven method to help get out of 'fight or flight' and reduce stress and anxiety in the body.
    This is very similar to my other video "Galactic" but geared toward winding down to sleep, with slightly slower bilateral beats and with full black screen, but can definitely be used for a variety of reasons, for anyone who prefers the dark screen and the slower beats.
    The best way to use this music to have both headphones in, be in a comfortable, safe place with little interruptions. Either watch the screen or close your eyes and visual a place that is peaceful to you.
    If listening to this music brings on strong emotions, just allow yourself to feel them without judgement and continue to take deep breaths slowly. If any emotional response becomes too uncomfortable for you, feel free to take a break or stop completely. Although this music can be very helpful for your mind and body, it should not be used as replacement for professional help. Do not hesitate to reach out to a medical or psychological professional if needed.
