The new control tower at Sky Harbor airport in Phoenix Arizona became operational in February 2007. This is a look at the tower, the day before it "went live."

I was there in Phoenix Arizona (USA) in April, i love this city ....Phoenix is such a wonderful city.

I spent many mid shifts in that old tower (TRACON too) with my dad when I was a kid.
The old tower will be torn down in the fall of 2007, as the property it sits on it rather valuable.

Live there for awhile then move to a cold climate like the midwest and then you will want to move back. I will be back asap.
