I started getting serious about personal finance right around 26 too. Had a similar amount of student loans. You're doing great! Keep up the good work!
This is the video I'd love to watch. An ordinary Vancouverer sharing her life. I can learn from it. Ever since I came here, I always feeal something is missing. Since I came here amid the plague, I haven't got many chances to meet up with people and make friends possibly. I can get some enlightenment from this vid. Funny comparison, I make 4400 net income per month. 520 goes to rental, 100 goes to transportation, 400 goes to food. And the rest goes to saving. Clearly something's missing
Adam Bell brought me here. Thank you so much for your transparency, appreciate and love this so much! Especially as Vancouver is such a expensive place to live (at least for me). Now subscribed and will keep watching. So inspiring!
Thanks so much for being transparent about money and giving us real figures! I think it’s important to break the taboo and have these conversations, especially for those in the creative industry (to understand their worth). Really appreciate it! :)
ABSOLUTELY. To be honest, I think people in creative industries have more of an advantage in a lot of ways. If you have the desire to hustle, there's no cap on how much you can make, no limit to earning potential. If I didn't have a creative skillset, I would be stuck at whatever salary a company decides to pay. Also, you're in control of your rate, you can raise the cost of your work depending on demand or the type of project. It's really empowering to have those options when it comes to the structure of your career. Thanks for stopping by and commenting :) All the best in your creative endeavors!
Love this video. Literally thought this was an episode of millennial money till I realized it was your personal channel. Just started my own channel involving real estate and finance. Love what you've done with your channel!!!
Hi Harmonie, that's a really cool video! I really enjoyed the content and seeing Van in the summertime as I've always visited in Winter. Many thanks, Simon!
I loved your video and how transparent and authentic you are. I really love how you are living life to the fullest with travel and the activities that you do with your friends, subscribed!
Loved your video! I lived in Langley since I was a kid and it's not really viable anymore.. People always say go where rent is cheap but when you live out because cars are a necessity. Paying 3k + a year per car for insurance does not work when you are married just starting out! We realized it's cheaper to pay a couple hundred extra and live closer to skytrains and just share one car. (My husband drives 1 hour to go to work so we can't live without a car unfortunately.. for now). 1750 for rent is actually cheap! Surrey is getting to be 1700-1900 for 1-2 bedroom condo now! After watching your video, I am really thinking of moving to downtown Vancouver and just find a job there..
Hey thanks for sharing! That's great to hear, depending on your husbands commute time that might be a viable option. Would living in Vancouver make his drive time shorter or longer? The difference in transportation costs might make it worth while.
Is always a pleasure for me and my boyfriend watch your videos. The content it's so positive and helpful that changed the perception that we had about Vancouver, especially because we are moving from Dominican Republic into Vancouver in January to continue our education in order to get our master degree. Let me tell you that we've been watching so much videos and most of them have a very negative aura and negative content that made us think ¿Is there anything good about the desition we're about to take?because coming from a third world country you need to be sure how you going to spend 1 dollar outside of your country. But we believe and education, healthy lifestyle so Vancouver is our best option based in our needs. Thanks so much for read this words ! I hope that at some point you become an advisor, so that we can learn more about how to organize in Vancouver as a young couple that wants to develop there.
Hey Hoara! Thank you for sharing, I loved reading your story and learning more about your situation. I'm happy that this video was something you guys found helpful! All the best with your move in January, and if you have any other questions, let me know! :)
I am Canadia living in Europe for past 10 years and thinking of moving back to Canada but when i see all the prices people have to pay for everything it blows my mind, it seems like everything costs a fortune especialy in BC plus when i read about Vancouver all i hear is 90% of negative things and that seems to be also for rest of Canada. Housing costs a fortune car insurance fortune cell phone is expensive and food is the same thing expensive:(
Hey, good question! I picked Vancouver film school (VFS) because I wanted to do a 1-year program that would be really hands-on and help me specialize. I wasn't interested in a typical 3/4 year program because I had already graduated from University for business/ Marketing. Also, there weren't many programs that focused on Digital Design (both motion graphics and ux/ui) so I found that fascinating and fairly unique at the time. I actually did research and called past graduates after looking over their portfolios (which I was super impressed by), and the grads told me it was such a wonderful experience. Also, the testimonials I got from people reassured me that the hire rate was very high and most people ended up in great positions.
I enjoy watching your videos! I'm curious about how much do you usually spend money on lunch, do you lunch in restaurants or bring your own food to the office?
Hey great question! I bring my own lunch and my office has a stocked kitchen for employees so I generally just graze on their food or bring something small. That's another big saving for me :)
How long is the winter season in Vancouver? And how many months is the summer season? I live in southern Ontario and getting tired of the cold and long winters lol
Great question. Honestly proper "winter" is pretty short. Meaning we get snow about 2 days a year, sometimes for as long as a week but generally not so much. Some years are rainyer than others but I would say November - Feb could be considered winter. Again for perspective (being from Ontario myself), even in winter you can still go to a restaurant and sit on the patio outside, uncovered. On Dec 26th my bf and I ate brunch outdoors for example and it was 8 degrees. So it's nowhere near an Ontario winter where "winter" means you physically cannot go outside because it's -20 degrees. In contrast, the summer is quite long and I would say starts in May and goes until Sept/ Oct. March and April are also super mild though and there are often days that are 10- 18 degrees. For more of a breakdown, I have a full video on the topic on my channel. Feel free to check it out :)
My boyfriend and I each put 250/month to our combined travel fund...it gives us 6,000 per year to spend on travel without ever having to start from zero or affecting our other financial goals! Just an idea...travel is a priority to us like it is to you :) Great video!!!
Awsome video! I'm beggining my 20's and this video gave me a lot of information about money and cost of living and inspired me to be more knowledgeable about money. Would love to live in Vancouver! Right now I'm a dietetics student in Portugal. Thanks for this information!
Hey Gustavo! That's awesome, I wish I would have started thinking about my finances sooner :) It's great that you're getting a head start. Best of luck with everything!
No problem, I have this chat with my Toronto friends all the time! hahah. Honestly though, Toronto prices are pretty well the same (if not more expensive) than Vancouver at this point, so if you're used to GTA prices, the difference won't impact you that much :) Best of luck, let me know if you have any other questions on it!
How much can you get for freelancing? I'm about to enter filming uni in vancouver so that will be my domain. How much does filming freelancing get you? Take care
Great question, it really depends on skill level and you ability to attract new clients. When I started a couple years ago my rate was $35/hour , but now it's more than double that, so it depends, but your rates will change the longer you do it :)
That's fantastic. Great mind set. People control over money, and money is a tool. Therefore, instead of complaining about lack of opportunities, economy or money issue; we need to learn from you. Work and create values for others, and stay positive. You are an inspiration for millennial to cherish money, invest / save money, and use money as a tool to live your dream.
Thank you so much for all the information, soon I will be moving to Vancouver, and I am so excited about it!!! And I would love to study in the Vancouver Film School, do you recommend ?
Hey, no problem, happy to help :). I would recommend VFS, but it really depends on what program you're interested in. Some programs have a high rate of employment and others don't, so it all really depends on what area you're considering studying :)
Hi, I was wondering if you were able to do content on someone moving to BC from out of the country. (I am researching how to move and get a work visa coming from the US, and so on), and the differences in certain legal things, or Canadian administrative things. Your videos are very helpful.
Hey Sarah, thanks for the recommendation! I will put it on my list :). I would probably have to do some research on the legality of it, but that's a really interesting suggestion, thank you!
Sarah Only way to get a work visa is by having a job sponsor you. Otherwise you have a couple of different options depending on your degree. If you have a degree of high demand in Canada you can apply for Express Entry and it usually takes 6 months. I applied for a Permanent Resident Visa (PR visa) through self employment and got accepted this year. Took about a year. All the info you need is available on www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada.html ps. I’m from the US relocating to Vancouver summer 2020.
Hey great question! I think there is more availability now to be honest, rent prices have gone down because a lot of people have lost their jobs/ given up their leases. There are less students in the city now (and no international students). So now is a good time in terms of rent prices!
My wife and I moved to Burnaby and we pay 1000 for a 2 bedroom with a backyard. Best decision ever. Also I don't mind roommates, but I've had way too many bad ones to ever do it again.
Mad Chatter ya renting a basement house 2- 3 bedroom for under $2000 in Vancouver theirs dozens of them. I use to eat out 6-7 times a week myself but only choose to do it on weekends now reducing it to 1-3 times. I choose to cook a lot now. Saves me money, feeds more quantity in meals, and eventually with kids will teach them life skills.
Do you mind letting me know what your monthly expenses are like? I am considering a move to Vancouver with my husband and two kids. Will most likely try to find a rental around 1K too. Thanks!
@@angelle54 It'll be tough fam. I found this place 2 years ago, but I found it though the Vancouver rental fb groups. Our expenses are at around 1700 total including car insurance and gas.
I am thinking of studying in vancouver and of course working in the future, I find the information you mentioned really helpful. I know this is a cliche but I just wanted to ask, what is the most indemand job in Vancouver? Thank you Harmonie. Cheers!
Hey Jano! It's hard to say, there are a ton of different industries here. The film industry is a big one and the tech industry is also growing pretty rapidly. We have a lot of companies with headquarters here so that also opens a lot of doors. I always recommend tech because there is a lot more money in it for qualified candidates than in some other industries. I hope that's helpful, best of luck with everything :)
@@HarmonieV I am thinking of taking the tech industry too. I've finished Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration here, o basically movement of goods, import and export. Not sure how good I'll do in tech 😂
@@janobailon6898 Forestry and logistics! BC's #1 commodity industry is forestry and due to being on the Pacific westcoast we move most product via overseas shipping containers as the domestic partnership with the US has been negatively affected by the current US federal administration. I would try getting a job at West Fraser, Canfor, Interfor, WFP, or perhaps a carrier such as CN, CP, SRY (all rail carriers) or shipping carriers or Port authorities. These jobs are centralized in Vancouver for corporate offices and can provide significant monetary compensation. Definitely moreso than Harmonie's advised salary. Sorry Harmonie, not throwing shade I swear!
Moving to Vancouver from Toronto in less than 2 months 🤗 I loved the part about splitting a meal at restaurants! It is what my boyfriend and I do all the time (one portion is usually too huge for one person anyway 😁). Also, when we order two separate meals, we split it in half so that we try different items from the menu 😋
Hey Harmonie. Thanks for the video, it was very helpful! My husband and I are looking to move from TO to Vancouver next year. We have been living in TO for nearly 7 years and we need to change this noisy and chaotic big town. We grew up in a small town in Romania for most of our lives similar to Vancouver, well maybe a little smaller. We love nature and landscape and we actually visited Vancouver last year for one week and our hearts grew so fond of all we saw and discovered in that beautiful city. Where do you recommend we find a condo, which areas are better in downtown but also outside downtown, like a 30 min drive max to downtown? Also, we are looking to buy a condo 3 months after we both find jobs, so can we find a short term rent, like for 3 months? How expensive is a 1 bdr condo (plus den, or not) and could we afford it on a roughly $130K per year? Thanks a lot! You're awesome!
How would you describe your educational expense. Do you look at it as a wise investment, or if you had a second chance would make any changes. Imo it seems like a lot, but I only pay 6k tuition per year haha.
I really love this video. Looking to move to Canada hopefully in 2023. I'd love to start out in a smaller city like Surrey and see how things turn out for me in BC. ❤️🇳🇬
i m indian living in toronto planing to move to vancouver, best thing i liked about u is u r honest brave to tell ur story, i completely relate myself with u, what u said about not buying car, compound interest earned over investment
@@WalidtheNoematicsguy 80,000 is a very good salary for a single person in Vancouver. Unless you wanna drive a 90,000 dollar car or pay 4 grand a month in rent. But for the most part you can live pretty happy. Not rich but happy. Keep in mind our taxes are high in Canada. So that 80,000 would most likely look like 60,0000 net.
We like living with Stephen, he's one of our best friends and we have a great dynamic. It makes more sense to continue living together and spending less on rent. I don't see it as a negative
I saw that you mentioned stocks? How is that in relation with how you make money. Could you go more into detail on stocks, what its like and steps to take when doing it? Mainly what is the risk.
Hey Brittnie! I'm not a huge expert, I'm just getting started. But everything that I do is with the long-term in mind. Right now I'm investing about 10% of my overall savings in stocks and I'm essentially following a "buy and hold" approach. This means I'm purchasing index funds/ stocks with the assumption that the price will go up over time. For example, it's kind of like buying something for $10 and assuming in 10 years it will be worth $20 or $30. Except you're doing this with tiny portions of a company. For me it's not a way to earn money quickly, it's more of a retirement plan. You can get a financial manager to manage the process for you, but they take a %. So if you do it yourself, you can save those earnings. The platform it's self is simple and it works kind of like online banking. Using the platform is easy but trying to navigate the market is what's challenging. Knowing the value and future performance of stocks is a full-time job. That's why index funds are a good idea, they are portfolios made up of many different companies. Honestly, I'm still learning but if you want to learn some core investing principals in plain language, read Unshakeable by Tony Robins, he makes way more sense explaining it than I do. hahaha
So interested in your thoughts on moving to Vancouver from Guelph! I'm a soon-to-be Guelph grad who loves it here but thinking of moving to Vancouver for a Masters
Hey Victoria! My thoughts are do it 100%, you wont regret it. Most of my best friends in Vancouver went to Guelph too. Vancouver is very progressive, just like guelph, but with a lot more to offer in terms of opportunity, lifestyle and the winters are waaaaay more manageable. If you have the opportunity to go to school here, it's a soft landing and you'll be able to meet new friends in your program and get a feel for the city while in the structure of a formal program. 🙌🏼 Best of luck, I hope you take the plunge
Thank you ❤️! I totally relate, it took me a couple years to finally pull the trigger and move. BC is worth it if you ever decide to take the plunge :)
No the $3700/ month is just my 9-5 salary after taxes, not including my side hustles and other revenue streams which make up the difference. They're variable month to month but collectively i made $67K this year
Great video! What credit cards do you think are good for getting travel points? I have the Uber card right now which is great for cash back from food expenses but I want to start looking into cards with travel points!
Okay I'm pretty bad at point hacking, but I am using the Adventura Infinite right now. It's pretty decent, but my bank is CIBC so it's just easier to use one of their cards. I'm sure there are better options, but they have a pretty good welcome bonus compared to some other cards (I think roughly 35,000 when you sign up). If you find a better deal let me know though :)
Want to move to Vancouver in a couple of months from Montreal. I need to sell my condo here first. I've never rented before so I'm sure I'll be making lots of mistakes in that department. Can someone tell me where this building is ? I would love to check if they have availabilities.
Hey! I don't think this building has many rentals. All of the units are privately owned, so we got lucky and are renting directly form an owner (rather than a property rental company). With that said, there are tons of other condos downtown with great views, space, ect :)
Use some of your savings to pay fown the debt before it racks up the insane interest. Just a suggestion, look into it and you might be able to pay it down in like 1.5 years
Very creative choice for the background video when recommending books at minute 8:46. Just so you know that book too is my favorite and I would recommend 100%. As the saying goes "Those who have eyes have seen what am talking about"
Loved the video! How did you manage to live and pay for things while in school? Side hustle / part time job or just debt? About to go back to school, and my program is 40K.
Great question! I didn't work at all throughout that year program. It was way too intensive, most times we had 12 hour days in the program and the schedule was sporadic. So I ended up just living on a line of credit. If your program is a 3/ 4 year program you probably can work throughout the school year because general college/ university programs are much more chill with their scheduling. Bets of luck though ! :)
Thanks for the vid harmonie! I live in Toronto and am considering moving to vancouver. Would you say theres a lot of music/event industry jobs out there?
Hey, I honestly think that compared to Toronto, the music/events industry is smaller (just an assumption based on the general tone of Vancouver vs. toronto). BUT, with that said there are a couple things that could be considered: - Vancouver is a much smaller city in terms of population, so even though there are fewer jobs, there is far less competition in the space. I know there are a few big music agencies with headquarters here. Also, Vancouver/ BC still has quite a few festivals per year/ nightclubs. So there might be prospects - Although the music industry/ presence is probably smaller here, there is still a ton of opportunity in events. Vancouver hosts a ton of other events/ conferences that bring audiences from all over the globe. Also, Whistler is a world-class destination where tons of tourism/ events/ celebrations go down year-round. so that might be another avenue worth checking out. I'm not in the music industry so maybe I'm 100% wrong, but those are my basic assumptions. Does anybody else work in the music/ events industry? Please comment if you have some insider knowledge to help Jon out.
Jon G the 3 major industry here are filming, healthcare and service/tourism.ANd you need to make at least 65000 per year to enjoy your life here. VAncouver is a great city for outdoor person . IF you make less and like clubbing and partying then you would not like it here.
Thanks for this. I really appreciate your transparency. ( I do wanna say while it's great to have free beach activities it's only valid a few months out of the year)
Hey, thanks for commenting. I love transparency too, so I feel you! As for the beach activities it's actually possible a good chunk of the year. Since the weather is mild in BC, it's safe to say you can comfortably hang at the beach 8 months out of the year. But even in the dead of winter, I still walk along the ocean every single day (even when it's pouring, haha). :P Rain or shine, maybe that's not the norm outside of joggers, or maybe I'm just weird? hahah
thank you so much fro providing so much information .. I am from india and planning to coming there ,little bit confused that whether to go for toranto or come to Vancouver??? thanks again
Yeah! So true trading the forex market needs a professional guide and that is why its good to invest with a broker who trades the financial market. I trade with an expert trader.

Hi Harmonie glad to have found your channel in the RUclips space. Just recently moved to Vancouver and I could relate on so many levels. Hope you can make more of these kinds of videos. Just want to ask for recommendations on how you get/where to find side hustles? My partner is also a creative and we would love to find side hustles to contribute to our income. Thanks! all the best ✨
Hey thanks so much, I'm glad you guys like them. Side hustles really depend on your skillset, if your partners a creative, I recommend they start by putting together a portfolio of the type of work that they do. Next, take opportunities to try and network in the area (or online) to find gigs freelancing in that industry. One thing that I've found to be really helpful is when I was starting out, I would offer my services for free to build relationships with businesses. Then, afterward, that usually turns into paid work :). Either way, free projects can be a good way to get experience. Also, try looking at job listings for part-time creative gigs like photography, ect. I'm actually thinking of doing a series on this type of thing. Best of luck with everything, let me know how it goes :)
I also live in Van and live off a similar income. In my case I am older and it is my pre 65 retirement income I am living on. I am happy to see an arts oriented person taking finances so seriously. I think you are on the right track! :-)
Hey! Great question, it really depends on your background and what type of industry you hope to apply your skills to. Your level of experience and portfolio will make the difficulty vary a ton. Sorry, I hope that helps :)
Everybody got different situation. I moved to Vancouver from Jakarta in 2014 with my wife and a daughter. If you are with a family it cost much more and I ended up working in restaurant for $2,000 a month. I could only find a job after lowering down my qualification in my cv from Director in famous investment banking firm to only a supervisor. I decided to move back to Indonesia.
Wow 🤩 so inspired !! I live in Vancouver too !! It’s great that you make a point to put a portion of your earnings into savings every month !! All millennials should do that as well !! Thanks 😊 for sharing !!
Yup this looks right. We are in the same situation except a few years older now with no debt, some savings and a vehicle. Problem in Vancouver is escalating prices. Impossible to keep up earning and growth to the levels prices and costs are moving which is why most small business is being decimated and most young families are moving out. We are lucky in that our familes both have homes in the burbs close by ... in 1 year, 2016, those 2 homes appreciated in value by more than $700,000... more than everyone in our combined families earned that year. Granted we are now at the end of the business cycle and we may see a huge reduction in asset prices soon but totally not affordable to stay for very long with any type of long-term outlook.
Most young families are not moving out; that is rather dramatic. Some are, but most stay and more come than go. Hence population growth. People are having less kids and later but just generally just figuring out how to get by do different than past generations. People seem to forget that Vancouver has always been very expensive. The scary part is people taking on way to much, at least we have forced stress tests now. People leaving isn't an issue. No one is owed being able to buy the house they grew up in. The uplifting part is seeing families and young people being creative. Living in a van a few years early 20's, going somewhere else to build skills and come back at a higher value skillet, living in more creative roommate situation further into life, asset sharing, ride sharing, not owning a vehicle etc etc. Some whine and complain, some just figure it out and the world needs both.
I’ll be moving to downtown Vancouver in 2 months. Seeing the costs in this video makes me worried a little bit, but investing in the future takes sacrifice. Hopefully after Covid19 the cost would go down a little bit ☺️ Btw, what camera do you use? The resolution is sickk 😗😗

So good. - Juke Chicken - $7 for 2 pieces of GF, beer batter, deep-fried chicken. Damn, that stuff is good. - Or sushi, almost everywhere in vancouver is good and most places are very cheap (being on the coast) hahah So that's my list of top places for cheap eats to split :P ... actually, this is a pretty good video idea. maybe I'll make it into one at some point hahah

Did I miss this in the video... how do you get around? Public transit? Ride-share? That's got to figure into the monthly budget.
I walk everywhere, but depending on where you live the cost will differ! :)
Sorry your costs are expressed on CAD or USD? Thank you!
All in CAD 👌🏼
A pretty detailed breakdown. I love it, and I've gotten a good guideline for myself as well. Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it! :)
AMAZING VIDEO!!! So much fun to watch!
Thanks Isaac! :)
Your videos are really helpful. And props to you for being honest about the expenses! 👊🏼
Hey! Thank you! I'm happy you find them helpful :) All the best!
Housing costs a fortune car insurance fortune cell phone is expensive and food is the same thing expensive:(
Why did you attend VFS ? seems more expensive than Langara or SFU or local college?

I love that idea Paige! Having a healthy travel budget is 👌🏼Experiences can be a great investment
Awsome video! I'm beggining my 20's and this video gave me a lot of information about money and cost of living and inspired me to be more knowledgeable about money. Would love to live in Vancouver! Right now I'm a dietetics student in Portugal. Thanks for this information!

All the info you need is available on www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada.html

The activities you like to do which are "free" are pretty skewed towards summer. How about winter when it's raining?
Hey! Great video! We are moving to Vancouver in Oct from Ontario and just wondering if there has been any change of rental situation due COVID?
Hey great question! I think there is more availability now to be honest, rent prices have gone down because a lot of people have lost their jobs/ given up their leases. There are less students in the city now (and no international students). So now is a good time in terms of rent prices!
Which platform do you use to trade stocks ?

My wife and I moved to Burnaby and we pay 1000 for a 2 bedroom with a backyard. Best decision ever. Also I don't mind roommates, but I've had way too many bad ones to ever do it again.

Hey Jano! It's hard to say, there are a ton of different industries here. The film industry is a big one and the tech industry is also growing pretty rapidly. Interesting. I’m curious (if you are willing to share) what were you able to charge in Vancouver as a freelancer?

Is 80000 cad good salary for a single in Vancouver or Canada?
@@WalidtheNoematicsguy 80,000 is a very good salary for a single person in Vancouver. Unless you wanna drive a 90,000 dollar car or pay 4 grand a month in rent.

$and after tax 3700,$, so roughly u pay almost 2000$ as tax?
Arrun....welcome to Canada!
arrun karthick with 67k Salary it should be $4200 per month in BC
Nice video breakdown Harmonie!

Hey, I honestly think that compared to Toronto, the music/events industry is smaller (just an assumption based on the general tone of Vancouver vs. toronto). BUT, with that said there are a couple things that could be considered:
- Vancouver is a much smaller city in terms of population, so even though there are fewer jobs, there is far less competition in the space. I know there are a few big music agencies with headquarters here. Also, Vancouver/ BC still has quite a few festivals per year/ nightclubs. So there might be prospects
- Although the music industry/ presence is probably smaller here, there is still a ton of opportunity in events.
@@HarmonieV thank you so much for the thorough response😊

Jon G the 3 major industry here are filming, healthcare and service/tourism.ANd you need to make at least 65000 per year to enjoy your life here. VAncouver is a great city for outdoor person . IF you make less and like clubbing and partying then you would not like it here.

Full disclosure, $800 isn't the minimum payment, hahah. But it's 2 separate loans, they have floating rates between 5-7% roughly
@@HarmonieV Oh ok, mine was 6.8% when I was paying it off!!
@@kevinb8881 man, debt is the worst hahaha. We're all in the same boat
@@HarmonieV Yeah I know luckily my student debt was paid off in 2012 as many times I had to let it go into forbearance because of other debt!!

- Disco Cheetah, they have amazing rice bowls with tofu, Korean chicken or pulled pork. So good.
- Juke Chicken - $7 for 2 pieces of GF, beer batter, deep-fried chicken. Damn, that stuff is good.
- Or sushi, almost everywhere in vancouver is good and most places are very cheap (being on the coast) hahah
So that's my list of top places for cheap eats to split :P
... actually, this is a pretty good video idea. maybe I'll make it into one at some point hahah
Harmonie Vachon awesome 👏 We’ll definitely try these. Especially the jukes chicken, I visited there earlier today 🤤. Thanks a lot haha.
