    Very good but underrated stretch! Every time in frog pose, my hips are popping! Especially when i do posterior pelvic rotation or circular rotations, while in frog position. I have this problem all my life, despite being a martial artist! Do you have any thoughts on that, maybe?

      Popping in the hips with posterior tilting can be a few things. However, with this stretch, when you rock back, the idea that you prevent that posterior tilt to isolate the hips. If you find yourself getting a pinch in deep hip flexion it could be shape of the hip itself (genetics) or an impingement of the hip in which case I really suggest focused on improving the strength of the hip flexors. Feel free to search around on that topic, but I'll make a video of that soon!
