Great video! One thing that I came to learn the hard way is that 12 volts read on the meter is not the same as a 600-700 milliamp test light lighting, specially on the starter circuit.
That's called a voltage drop and why open circuit testing is no good! I am wondering if the shop had tested open ckt and those wires were barely touching/ still connected mechanically?
Man I thought you bounced from RUclips. Do you have many bugs in your phoenix plus scanner? I got one and it seems buggy like identifying cars sometimes

My first thought is kick panel at your left foot! Seems the blower fan wiring likes to melt the big connector behind it!!!

It has some quirks for sure, call in the support if you can they rewlly want to log and fix probs
