OMG Lily! You look so great in this pink sweater and pink lip! The combo makes you look so lively and beautiful!! Okay....now to finish watching the video :)
Absolutely loved the simplicity of the items mentioned and the versatility (while being practical) each item adds to the fall wardrobe. THANK YOU! This video has been so inspirational for me and I rewatched it probably like dozen of times.
Love all your picks, a trench is missing from my Autumnal wardrobe and something I’m definitely looking out for. I’d say a nice bag in Burgundy or tan is also a great addition for Autumn. Love that you mentioned Emma, I’ve followed you both for years and she’s so down to earth like you and has approachable realistic style, she’s never too trend led and just always looks amazing. She’s also a lovely human to boot. Have a great Sunday ☺️
Really love that makeup look on you Lily. I remember you recommended a shacket many times in the past, and initially I thought it wasn't something I would wear. I bought one a month ago and now I can't stop wearing it! So versatile.
Absolutely love your pink jumper, looks so good on you I am desperate for a nice pair of comfy black trousers too. They are so hard to find as I have tried many Your looking so well and your skin is glowing Penny xx
I so agree with you on insisting on comfortable shoes. There’s nothing like feeling comfortable and grounded in the world to feel strong and present! I have had very sensitive feet for years, so the current trend to include comfortable shoes is perfect for me.
Thanks so much for a lovely chatty sit down video - a perfect paring to coffee and a rainy morning. Great suggestions and I really appreciated how you showed both yourself and other people styling them. Thanks! ps. also love that pink jumper - you look fab in it.
Loved this, thanks Lily! I'd really recommend Stradavarius trousers for comfort & style :) I've got a black pair from them, super comfy and flattering, and wear them all the time!
Hi, love your style and how you priorize comfortable. By the way, do you still bullet journaling, I'd love to see how you organize it since being a mom. I'm a new mom and love to see your videos about motherhood.
I picked up some pull-on trousers at M&S recently that I'm really liking. They look like normal trousers (with front seams and seam pockets) but made with a stretchier knit fabric that make them a bit more comfortable than your usual trousers.
Hey Lily 🤗 how are you feeling - you seem better? This was a great video - I defo need a teddy coat as I love them but have never taken the step to actually get one and I need a new trench coat/mac as the one that I had went to clothes heaven. I also love a Chelsea boot but I’ve never got into the trend of a stripped jumper - although they do look great. I hope you’re having a fab weekend so far 🥰 xxx
I really liked this video and it was handy seeing the photos of other people wearing the items too! Some useful ideas. It would be even better next time if you could include pics of mid-sized or plus-sized people too.
Absolutely agree. Reminds me of the TikTok trend "Is it really a cute outfit or is the model just skinny." I think its very easy for non mid sized or plus sized creators to reocmmend styles without thinking of if it might fit or ever be available to those of us who are larger
You look lovely in this video. Please don't do anything with your hair for at least a year after giving birth. When you do, consider getting lowlights, rather than bleaching it. Less damaging and, on dark hair, a lot more flattering. When you braid it, do not use any heat. Apply a small amount of gel to damp hair. Brush it through then braid it. No heat needed and the hair will be fully tamed. To repeat each day, spray your hair with water to reactivate the gel and repeat. Learn about the benefits of leave in conditioners. I would love to see you fully embrace your natural hair. I've offered this advice before - go and see a hairdresser that specialists in Black hair. Your natural hair - and colouring - is beautiful and those hairdressers can show you how to rock the hell out of what you have been blessed with.
Again with the embracing! Let people decide what they want to embrace. Every time she mentions her hair there are these comments. She's a grown woman and she can choose her own hairstyle.
@@justyna5673 so encouraging her to love herself as she is, is a bad thing? Obviously, it's up to her how she wears her hair and everything else. But "embracing" can be equally beautiful and far less time consuming. We encourage her to embrace because we see something that she doesn't. When I listen to her talk about her dark hair, dark eyes, dark colouring being too much, I feel really sad. It reminds me of the angst of too many young Black girls, myself included. I didn't understand how abundantly blessed I was until I got to adulthood. I would really like to see Lily embrace her natural colouring and hair by going to people who are experts in working with her colouring and hair. If she hates it after that, I doubt any more will be said! The only other thing I will say to Lily (if she is reading this) is wear jewel tones, sis! ☺️
@@justyna5673 not really. Because it's not about me any more. I have fully embraced every aspect of what I am. I'm good with me. Lily herself has said she is concerned about her body image issues because she doesn't want that for her daughter and she doesn't want her daughter picking up on it. I don't know when she bleached and straightened her hair for the first time but I doubt she has given any thought to seeing if she can embrace her natural self since. And maybe for her potentially dark and curly kids, she should give it a go. She can always go back to the status quo if she hates it. The thing about bleach is it damages hair. There is no gentle way to bleach dark hair. I'm suggesting that maybe she try something different. Making that suggestion doesn't mean that I have issues.
The pink jumper really suits you - nice to see you looking 'brighter', too many dull colours and dressing like a bloke usually, imho! ;) Can I put in a suggestion for the Coach camera style bag rather than the Gucci Disco - similar in size and actually better I think, plus a LOT cheaper!
For tight pants, try seamless underwear (More and more brands do it, but I can think of Sloggi), or one that has laces and not much seam lines. They do much more than thongs now (I have high waisted underwear that I live in) and it’s so great for pants and skirts/dresses
Lily you look bloody great in this video, make up is gorgeous xx
Scraping the barrel
Lily you look so beautiful in this video. Pink is your color girl! Loving the lip and jumper combo. *Chefs kiss* Great video as always!
OMG Lily! You look so great in this pink sweater and pink lip! The combo makes you look so lively and beautiful!! Okay....now to finish watching the video :)
Yup - please ditch the black and those dull greens!
Loving the hair & makeup
Great video. The photos were great. All the different examples. Thanks Lily.

There are a lot of black trousers with an elasticated waistband on Asos, I have one and love it ;-)

Crazy week aside, you look lovely Lily. Love the jumper and pink lippy. Great staples for an Autumn wardrobe too 👌

Loved this, love your style 😍
I’ve bought the pink and red hush jumper because of you and I love it! Xx
Enjoyed this video! Gave me some ideas of what to look for for fall. Also the sweater you are wearing is too cute! Love a pink and red combo😊

I love this video! I'm thinking I need to get a trench coat. It seems like such a staple!
Love the boots from Hush, do you find them true to size?
Loved the idea behind the video, thank you Lily for sharing!
Loved this, thank you Lily! 💛
This is the style content I need! Love how relatable you are Lily. 💕

The hush amie joggers are like a cross between a jogger and a trouser. Smart but relaxed.
I adore Emma Hill, she's my ultimate fashion inspiration person! 💟
Dull clothing! Sorry not sorry!
Beanie season 😍😍😍

Good morning everyone 🍁🌻
I really like every single piece you show, I’m in need of a shopping day. Btw, your hair looks so nice! Have a great week!
Please do a makeup tutorial on this look? I think you did something different, right? I love it 😍
I´m on the hunt for black trousers too. I feel like the offer is mostly joggers, office-style or extremely wide legged.

Sloggi my all time favourite underwear ❤️❤️
I was just checking if there is any Arket or &otherstories shops here in Spain and just found out that they both belong to H&M 😳
Yessss love this style!
On the thong issue: try M&S seamless nickers. Uniqlo do good ones too 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
so this was a video on emma hill's style haha
No no, Lily Pebbles style 👍
