I saw the Live from Harvard and Stone Lost On You ( which just recently hit 1 BILLION ) about 4 years ago and quite literally fell in love. LP is criminally underrated, especially in the States. The smile, lip curl, vibrato, whistle, and swag are just a few signature characteristics of LP. I’ve seen her/ them only 3 times but each time was like a fevered dream. When an artist is not just as good , but even better live , it’s a testament to their talents. I highly recommend Muddy Waters and Strange ( also Live from Harvard and Stone), any and all of A Night at the McKittrick, any and all The One That You Love, One Last Time, Dreamer ( live from RUclips Space LA), Tokyo Sunrise, One Last Time, Levitator , Switchblade, and my favorite Forever For Now ( from Sun King) where LP’s whistle is really just incredible.

The guy in a white shirt at the front row looked like he was having a religious experience. I don't blame him, this is one of the best live performances I've ever seen, and how lucky am I that I stumbled across this one blessed day a couple years ago. I became an instant fan, LP is amazing.. and it is a shame that she is not more popular (she is rather, but not nearly as popular as she should be IMO). I love to watch people find her, and I never stop recommending her to everyone. Check out "Strange" or "Tightrope"!

I LOVE watching these Reaction videos to her work, especially if new to her voice... You CANNOT watch without Moving, Rocking, Bouncing.... it is so magnetic... her mother was an Opera singer
Why am I just now seeing this? That was incredible. Definitely one of my favorite Beyonce songs and LP definitely did it justice. Her voice is insane.

This cover blows me away every time I hear it; thanks for reacting to it. I think I read somewhere that LP's mother was an opera singer, and you can see she inherited her mom's talent! LP has also written songs for some big names; I'm glad she's singing her own stuff now.

I found LP and this cover when looking for Beyoncé version.. I've never listened to Beyonce again. I wasn't a fan anyways but this is the only song of hers I did like. LP 's version is so so much better in my opinion.
Please listen to Tom Jones possibly in the 70's, "I'll Never Fall in Love again". He has a great voice even now in his 80's

This is not a cover song of Beyoncé since Beyoncé did not write this song but her version is more famous but I like LP's version a bit better, its more rock 'n roll.
I discovered LP on a long flight to Taiwan via Thailand and the song that I got me hooked to LP was "Other People" but all the songs in the album "Lost one you" was great, it is highly recommended to do a reaction of all songs. LP is an incredible/fantastic singer/musician and song writer. But perhaps Beyoncé is more sexy..to men..

LP is incredible. I don’t know a lot of Beyoncé songs but Halo was one my girls sang all the time when they were little. Hope you listen to the original too…I’m biased and I prefer it. Gorgeous tribute tho

We really enjoy listening to AURORA together. Her favorite song from her that she's been going around singing the longest is "Runaway". She'll sing "I Hope You're Happy" by Blue October, "Zombified" by Falling in Reverse. She was in a theatrical production of Frozen here and was singing ALL of the songs for a couple of weeks. She'll have some other random songs here and there that she'll walk around singing. She's learning piano and will play the notes on her keyboard while singing. She loves music. 🖤

I listened to the Beyonce version. It was very nice, but I'm definitely partial to the acoustic/folk vibe. I really love LP's range and vibrato. I'm not usually a fan of too much vibrato, but she has such a unique voice and pulls it off very nicely.
