Hey David, great vid! It boggles my mind why more people aren't interested in the implications of strong AI. It's like this headlong rush towards a cliff, just as long as we get there first. 🙄 The world was more concerned about cloning, bio-hacking, or genetic engineering than this. Those are still so far away when you consider the singularity will probably get here in one or two decades... 😱 Any way, I finished Super Human but re-reading the whole Post Human series. SH was great 👍🏻😀 but there were some things that bothered me, so I'm going back to make sure. Keep up the great work! 😁😉 I hope recovery is progressing very well. Take care! P. S. - bummed that sharing your posts in Facebook doesn't help you much...

The Facebook thing is unfortunate, they don’t let you REALLY share anything that takes you off of the platform. It was amazing how many people shared our Kickstarter passionately, and if they shared a normal post, like a photo they’d taken, they’d get dozens or a hundred reactions, but the Kickstarter would perhaps only be seen by me or Jenny…sometimes Facebook wouldn’t even show us! 😮😂🤦‍♂️ Ridiculous. The state of our ability to connect online will improve, however…fundamentally, the only thing stopping it is really big companies trying to own “reach.” It’s amazing that a philanthropist hasn’t come along to simply make an app or site that lets us all connect again and just has a few general adds (non targeted) to pay for the the site’s maintenance. I imagine it would attract millions of users, and just charging big companies for a banner across the top (as RUclips used to) would be plenty. 😂 I’ll put this on my to do list… 🤦‍♂️ In the meantime, thank you 🙏!! Superhuman was so fun to write (nearly killed me at the end there) but it was worth it! The big gap between 5 and 6 (due to making DTK and the fact that the book is over 1000 pages long, and is really three books disguised as one) has left lots of people rereading the first five again to refresh their memories, so you’re not alone! Jenny was telling me that the PDF of the 1-4 edition comes in at about 75 pages less than Superhuman 🦸‍♂️!! 🤯 It’d be interesting to see if a reader could come up with a relatively succinct refresher…maybe I should issue that as a fun challenge for the tribe!? We could actually publish it in the front matter of the book! Hmmm 🤔
