THANKS FOR THIS BIG HOMIE ... PLEASE SHOW US MORE WITH LOGIC ...🔥
Will do!
Thanks Bolo -- this was straight forward and easy to follow
Always inspirational my guy! I’ve started using Logic much more so these videos are definitely a big help!
Great tutorial! Thank you 🔥
All right, Bolo! I love to hear you🎉 talkin about Logic and Splice!
Man, I like the way this is presented. Concise and to the point. Old school way for understanding, then the flex time way to get things done.
Bolo thank you for this you legend!!! More technical vids like this please!
Super helpful, man. The HH trick was nice
Great video, Thank you man❤🔥🔥
Always making the world a better place. Props Bolo! 👊🧡👍
Thank you for this
Very Dope my Brother! Good quick tutorial!
Bolo man you're the best thank you for all you are doing for the producer community respect brother 👍🙏🔥
bro thanks for the simple easy to follow guide been looking everywhere for this
Very helpful and right to the point!
Yessss Sirrr Thank you for this video. I need to get better at those command functions 🙂
This is just what I’ve been looking for
The first method is crazy and I've never known about it before now... 😯 The 2nd method I learned from one of your old videos. Always droppin' gems! Thanks much, Bolo. Salute! ✌
I'm new to logic and to beat making. You make this look so easy.
Very informative 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Thanks very much!
Got to love it
Bolo. Just getting back into beat making . Was a FL guy but you have inspired me to switch to logic. I appreciate the teaching big dog. Making this transition much easier
Thank you!!! 🥰
Thanks my brother for making this video becuz I'm pretty much thinking about using logic pro x for the first time of my life.Maan really miss making beats. so please make more of these videos about logic pro x God Bless you my brother keep making them Bangers 💪🏾 1love!
Nice work.
Good stuff, Thanks!
Dope🔥🔥
This video saved my life and cut nonsense production time in half. THANK YOU SO MUCH
Beat is hard!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 bolo!!! bolo!!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Very good 🎉
thank you for keeping it simple.
I love you man. My god I was struggling with it for so long
💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
🐐 always time stretched the classic way, this taught me to easily transpose
My Man! 😎
This is my favorite way instead of using the Smart Tempo editor (counter-productive). Flex Time is definitely the BEST way to manipulate/flip sample loops! Definitely a gem for all Logic users!!
using the flex was definitely new to me! thx
thanks 4 that info. it helped me a lot. 😎✌
Thank u!!!!!!
Thanks! Been trying to figure out forever
From the bottom of my Logic, I thank you sir. This video saved me.
Bolo Wymiatasz !
BOLo, I’m going back through all of your Logic videos before it’s released on IPad to learn the secrets. 💪🏾🙌🏾😏
Love seeing another bro cookin on Logic
Helped out a ton. I’ve been doing it the first way for awhile now lol
Bolo you are the big homie, you get nothing but respect from me. Great representative for the producers. Some of these dudes act like they so cool. Confidence is a must. But there ain’t no need to act like you better. And I don’t get that vibe from you. I’m going to join one of these battles soon. I need some feed back. But I like to comment and drop my two cents. Because I’ve gained a lot of knowledge from your videos. Stay up brotha. And continue bringing quality content and continue to look out for the congregation✌🏾out bro.
Thanks!
Logic for the win!
I like you're no bullshit style!
BOLO🔥🔥🔥
Talk about perfect timing, I'm new to Logic and finding a way to speed up or slow down my samples without messing with the pitch is something I'm struggling with. Salute Bolo I appreciate you big bro 🙌✌
The man is a legend when it comes to sharing knowledge and helping others! Great channel content and support! 👊🧡👍
@@drindy5166 Indeed, it sucks when someone has experience/knowledge and doesn't want to share it
Since you have been getting into the Maschine and Komplete Kontrol here recently, when you get a chance would love to see a video on your workflow and how you integrate those into logic. Long time Maschine and logic user here, Thanks!
Dope video bro question do you have any videos on Quick mastering in logic?
Man I love learning new shit in Logic!!! I’ve always used Flex time but I didn’t know you could hold down option and time stretch that way!!!🤯🤯🤯 And my beats always in the red lol Logic can handle it lol
Splicebridge is worth - will sync with your daw and when you download, it will download the sample already stretched and to the right tempo/pitch. Handy
Thanks bro i gotta get splice because my beats too basic this the sauce I’m missing I see
Cool
Im late, just started using this way last week🤣.. I usually just drag it into the quick sampler like u did the claps🤷🏾♂️
interesting. I might have to mess around with Logic Pro some more.
Pro Tools is King at working with audio ELASTIC AUDIO is the boss. Thanks for the tip Bolo, always doing a good job for the people
ableton is elastic audio
Great content…if you drag in and turn on Flex&Follow from the region inspector, the sample will follow thge project tempo
It was the first daw i bought but haven't seen it since 5.5 platinum
Bolo, u still using Studio One. If so, can you demonstrate this with S1. Thanks!
Re: the beat peaking situation I always find it really helpful and quick to use the kick as my reference point. Once I drop the kick in, I make sure its not going past -6 and I just make sure everything else is balanced around that as I build. In my template I have a limiter on the master for loudness. It's really easy and less work that you gotta do later. Once the beat is done there's not really anything else to do but export. Your process is your process though! Just my 2 cents
do you drop your fader down to -6db ??
@@WiLLiEWiLLLXXX I always try to do it at the source, so for me (I use FL studio) I bring it down on the channel rack. Most of my mixer faders stay at zero while I'm producing. I do it all in the channel rack but I monitor the levels on the mixer
Thanks Bolo. I just wish Apple would include better vocals and sounds. I can barely make a beat with the stock sounds in Logic Pro.
As much as I love my MPC, it cannot compare to the easy powerful workflow in Logic Pro. No hassle no break in creative flow
How’d you get the velocity to go up and down when using the brush tool on the hats? My brush tool moves the midi notes when I do that.
yeah man, more in Logic.. i never knew that..
Which is better for time stretching MPC or Logic in terms of ease and quality?
I was going to buy the mpc live 2 I have been using the mpc beats software for now I noticed it only has the 8 midi tracks and 2 audio is this the same with the mpc live 2?
I would have never thought you use Logic Bolo
Yes! Made all of my highest charting songs with it
sampletude was good as well hint
teach them the environment it opens up the mind
Hello Bolo, I've been following you, I'm a beginner in wanting produce. Thank you for doing this tutorial first and for most its helping me. Just had a question on stretching of a loop? Can you do this in all daws? Or is this just for logic?
Yes, to my understanding all DAWs allow time stretch.
I do it in FL fs.
@@jaymayweather8545 thank you for letting me know and for responding.
Can I time stretch someone speaking that I’ve recorded or does it only work with midi?
I have this issue maybe someone could help me address or you Bolo. I am in logic and have a high pitched one shot of a chipmunk type vocal and when I stretch it, it sounds like shit and super granulated, how do I keep the integrity of the high pitch chipmunk vocal but make it longer with out it sounding like a bad slowed down computer vocal?
Thanks
PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE…..MORE LOGIC PRO CONTENT👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
I used to be able to use follow temp in quick sampler and drag audio samples in there and could just change the note in MIDI to change pitch now everytime I try the sample doesn't stretch to new tempo can anybody help? it was so much easier than the method in this video and could find the key easier
🤣
Me either i dont worry about the peak until the end..
👍👍👍👍👍
Audition midi? How?
it still works the same Smiling
Logic and studio one have the same founder
why when I try to time strech it it just cut out the audio
is that the old time machine
when I try to stretch the time of the loop it just bounces back to the original length
Which one of your kits did you use bro?
2020 Kit
Ok I got questions Bolo!
You use the drum machine in Logic or you just settin in the midi space?
Why don’t you do more vids in Logic?
Why don’t more people use Logic?
It’s got THE dopest drum machine
Apple loops
Alchemy
Awesome compressors and FX built in
I looked at FL and felt claustrophobic creatively
Just my opinion
I feel you 1000% I use logic heavy and been debating starting RUclips to teach what I’ve learned. I feel like Logic has one of the smallest communities and I don’t see enough videos on it.
@@ayokikando I kinda like it that way…we can still use Serum etc but we have Alchemy so access to more original sounds with better production tools
I use drum machine I actually have an older tutorial on it. I’ll update it new one!
this 💯. plenty of gems both in apple loops and in alchemy presets. dmd & the step sequencer are dope. I finally got into Quick Sampler a bit more, given the abysmal state of Serato Sample on Apple silicon... and I have to admit, QS is actually really nice and more powerful than Serato for sure. Compressors, the vintage EQs, clean UI that can work well on a small screen, hotkeys that actually make sense... Plus it's been super stable for me on my system.
Ah man, u peaking…I can’t rock with it cause u peaking…🤣complaint out the way…..can’t wait for the beat review on Wednesday….got my slot!
😂😂😂💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Reason has the Easiest Time Stretching options.
You will love Ableton!
Ima try it soon!
@@BoloDaProducer I can help teach you via zoom. I’m A&R here at Izotope also 😁👍🏽
What would you say are the key benefits to using Live over Logic for beatmaking? Drawbacks? Would love to hear your opinion.
@@kostoglotow midi memory is way faster! Also Searching for plug-ins is wayyyy faster. Logic just got the track format that Live always had from the beginning.
@@bboymac84 True, I do miss the unified library search bar from Ableton in Logic. I see myself switching to Live at some point, it's just so darn expensive compared to Logic...
the Environment is the shit
Logic became Fableton.
why not drop in at 150 so u can see the bars or count it out the old way but doesn't splice tell you
Get Serato.
I’ve been using logic for 7 years and I’ve never seen anyone drag in a drum sample and Logic automatically creat an instrument track from it… wtttfffff lmao
auto rex
Спасибо тебе большое!
