Ah yes the Clappayev a strong radar for a cruiser with minimal armor and a citadel that loves instantaneously combusting upon the first sighting of enemy ships & the first shells fired... Your a brave man Spartan for even bothering to grind the russian light cruiser line the only good things are the gun range at tier 6 & higher and the radar at tier 8 with a good range & okayish duration on it.
If your really an eye doctor can you explain why I can’t see things up close anymore after I had 2 doses of Moderna vaccine from Covid-19 , my vision was perfect before now it’s a blur and it’s been 3 months and no change ????
@@immortaldev649 it can be a few reasons. I would recommend to tell your doctor to do a OCT. A Ocular Coherence Tomography. This allows to see if there is deep bleeding from the macula. One of the side effects is blood clots in the eye. This test will allow your doctor to know if there is medical problem or your glasses just need to be updated.
I’m 48 next week and I don’t wear glasses never have had any issues with the eyes before I have already seen a eye specialist who took tests and couldn’t find any issues with my eye sight they said I had good long distance and close distance eye sight I just neeed a second opinion from a specialist, I have been also been told I’m not the first to notice this change.
Spartan, I’m on the brink of deleting this game. I am so damn tired of fav Weimar’s. The vessel is broken, but it is premium… so they will never meet it. I HATE sailing T6 because of it. I don’t know what to do, because the boat is broken. Cruisers can’t kill it. BB’s can’t kill it. DD’s can’t kill it. But it can RUIN all three. Wtf is anyone suppose to do?!?

Riga is heavy cruiser Chapayev is a light cruiser, depends on what you like.
Personally I like chapy better than Riga
