Mam, if after Divorce and Permanent Alimony payment before Court if wife doesnt withdraw the case because no agreement was signed by wife to withdraw, what is the remedy?
Mam does sound recording is valid evidence in dowry? Most ppl don't demand dowry in written...they just give hints or taunts about it. Constantly comparing what others girls bring as a gift. Plz reply! Domestic/dowry cases r very easy to file but extremely hard to prove. I think govt should ban any gift or money transaction btw 2 parties during marriage.

If judges are good then decisions are logic based unless faith based. Logic based decisions pave the way for justified judgments. Sometimes, several judges are "Thokra k mara pyar, mara NT-com dakhay-g" kind, When they're biased towards a situation/gender/a certain kind of cases. The FIR/judgments show a pattern where there're set claims are made. For now, i would say its better to either to stay alone or be with a person where both persons choose each other without involvement of any other person whether friends or relatives.
