Blizzard intentionally left out leveling scaling so world first raiders could level all their alts during early access because of the 8 week patches every 2 months they clearly left it out for them. You would think if they forgot to add leveling scaling it would have been in with in 2 hours after launch but NO 7 days later.
unfortunately i didn't make it to the stream but will watch the VOD now. i have one more question maybe someone here can answer it for me. i wonder how it can be that there are already Superb Beast Fang to buy in the AH although you need 50 skill points to summon the elite. i know that you get 24 points from the treasures and then buy another 10 points in ahn kahet and then another 10 points from the merchant for the new artisans metal, but even that is not enough.
