Colour is too dark. It's a mess not because it's under renovation but magulo talaga tingnan ang aesthetic, hasToo much going on. Industrial ba siya or rustic or ano ba talaga ang gusto. Basta magulo. And I agree, overpriced siya, bka ung buyer pa ang magbabayad sa pag renovate
