I am black american and not violent at all. There is no excuse or reason for violence unless in self defense. I stay away from tempermental people and gravitate to peaceful individuals like me. Life is wonderful that way.

The bullish shes spewing is why they think that way about all of us. She should've talked about the many talented, beautiful, intelligent, resilient, and strong African Americans. The same ones who fought, died, and are still fighting like hell so they(Africans) can come to our country freely.

But one will always be judged by the majority and sadly the majority of black Americans haven’t figured out how to be tolerated by the rest of the people. Asians and Indians come to America and excel. They are the two highest income earners. Then there is us! Those that just can’t seem to do anything but be a burden to the rest of society.

I am Jamaican and I wondered about the violence myself. When I told them I have never been arrested they were surprised. I found out is that the social programs the government implemented back in the 60s incentivized black mothers to separate from their husbands resulting in the breakdown of the black family structure leaving a mother to raise her children by herself. This is the main reason for the violence among black American. The black women choose the well fair system over having a father to provide leadership and stability in the home.

This narrative that continental Africans don't like black Americans is tired. I'm originally from Kenya, most locals aren't worried about what's going on in the Western world because they've got their own struggle. They look at me the same way they'd look at a black American, we're all foreigners regardless of whether we're black or white. The #1 question I get is whether I can take them to Europe, it's not deeper than that. The vast majority don't even have a TV so there's no way they've formed an opinion. I'm an 80s baby, growing up in Sweden I didnt know sh- about America except the stuff I saw in sitcoms, now imagine an African who doesn't even have a TV. This so called "beef" is an American problem, there's no need to export it to other countries.

This is what we've been show on tv all our lives until internet! Most AA people I know in America are with their family working hard to make a living! Educated and happy! Yes we have problems just like Africans in Africa do! And just because we live in America doesn't mean that we all have be given Opportunities!! Alot of AA have not! From School to prison is how many are trapped in America! No jobs! Kicked out of school! Placed on welfare and food stamps because nobody want to hire us! But immigrants come here and get better Opportunities than us! Father we need you! This type of rhetoric is what keeps us divided!! Customer service is NOT "slow " in AfricA 🤎😍😍😍😍.
That is the speed that fits in with African society & AfricAn culture as it presently operates or presently pertains to the prevailing paradigm .
Perhaps customer service is too quick in other geographies.
The speed of customer service in any land , is DICTATED by the society's cultural architecture and the amount of time that the Customers are willing to wait to be served .
Customers in AfricA have a lot of leisure time at their disposal , so they are willing to leisurely wait for a little longer .
Customers in Africa can usually afford to have a communal self - help system of nannies , cooks , maids , gardeners , drivers and security guards who routinely & dutifully assist with house chores or bringing up their kids.
Customers in colder countries on the other hand , have little leisure or spare time at their disposal , because they have so many competing chores that they have to personally complete .
They suffer from multiple time constraints & time limitations .
They don't have the the luxury of spare time .
A mum in a colder country has to do all the house chores by herself without help from a nanny , grandmother or live-in family member .
So they have to rush from one location to another and therefore can't afford to spend their precious & limited time , waiting on
    " LEISURELY PACE " customer service .
" Leisurely " pace customer service , rather than " slow " customer service .

You hit the nail on the head. It's true that you shouldn't paint a whole group with one brush but the empty barrels unfortunately make the most noise and get the most attention. Just as Honorable Mr. Marquis Garvey stated Unity is our biggest problem but the work starts inside as you say in this video. The issues facing in particular AA men and women are many and complex and are steming from the hostile, degrading, past of slavery and the eras after. AA are suffering from PTSD and don't even know it and truly need help and your honesty is giving that help. You can't accomplish anything by not trusting one another, being separate, disrespectful and uncooth. It's time to wake up AA s and see that you're following the wrong path. I was very impressed by what was said in the video - it's long overdue and necessary and not intended to hurt but help. Bravo.

*I love how she addresses the subject of "healing" your soul as a Black person with racial hurt-issues and trust issues.* Very sensitive topic, because the majority of Blacks returning to Africa are people *who have cut the source of their hurt,* but it takes time to "heal". Also, it is important not to play up the place you left, when you left it for a reason. *Always talk about the REASON why you left a world power that some Africans admire for the wrong reasons.* Some Africans will say that they have relatives in the US who have had no problems, - *these are the false Africans* who "pretend" as if there are no racial issues hitting their US-relatives. *...these doubting local Africans are the "dependent ones" who hope to either get *money from the US or would leave Africa to live there,* or would grab bribe money from *secret societies like the Freemasons and other corrupting influences that have depleted African resources.*

She made sure to make clear there are more opportunities for African Americans in America than anywhere in earth. It’s that way regardless of skin color, that’s why Asians and Indians have the two highest median income levels in America. The white man is 3rd. But black people are last, regardless of where we are. It can be a country that’s 99%black and yet the 1% will be far more well off than us. It’s as if we are incapable as a people to succeed. We like to pretend that that our people were plucked from this great utopia that never existed and there is no written history of. Every race has been slaves, we were just the last major slave trade. Our very own “people” sold us into slavery. Different tribes abducting people from their villages and selling us two for a dollar to all the ships that showed up at our shores. They came here for a reason! It’s because at that time in history, only black Africans were openly and enthusiastically selling their own people into slavery. We’re in denial if we don’t admit that truth. There can never be healing if we don’t admit we did it to ourselves, and we are still doing it to ourselves to this very day. Only Africa is largely no running water, electric etc. And yet there has bern “trillions with a T” in aid given over the last 50 years and nothing seems to work. We instead spend our money on ak47’s and bullets instead of running water, electric and schools. We still ra*e and murder the next village over and force them into a life of slavery. 75% of Africa is still like it was 100 years ago. Sadly, there was only the direction of prosperity when the white man came and colonized our land and forced us to act right. They used our resources to build buildings and create modern Societies and we bitched and complained that they need to stop stealing our resources and allow us to live without ur own lives and build our own things. It’s been decades and the buildings are no falling apart because nothing has been built since they left. We still haven’t been capable of being able to use those resources to build a modern society, and so now the Chinese is going to come (already has) and will do what the white man once did before. And at this point, it’s for the best. We have failed as a people and it’s going to take someone forcing us to prosper before it happens. Sad, bitter but true.

She said that most AA are violent and ghetto and that's not true! Most African Americans are not violent or ghetto!! That's what the media show just like they show Africans as violent, living in mud housing, starving with flies on them and in proverty! This is what we've been shown on tv all our lives until the internet! Placed on welfare and food stamps because nobody want to hire them! But immigrants come here and get better Opportunities than us! Father we need you! This type of rhetoric is what keeps us divided!! Customer service is NOT "slow " in AfricA 🤎😍😍😍😍.
That is the speed that fits in with African society & AfricAn culture as it presently operates .
Customers in colder countries on the other hand , have little leisure or spare time at their disposal , because they have so many competing chores that they themselves , have to personally complete .
" Leisurely " pace customer service , rather than " slow " customer service .

i disagree with this video. If you tell an African that you are African American they will laugh and only referred you as An America. I have never once in my life heard another African calling another black america an african. Their either call you Yankee or black but not African.
