Thank you for another very interesting tale of history. The poem reading at the end was very good. Cheers from Texas.
Glad you enjoyed it. It’s long but worth it 👍
I am so glad to have found this amazing channel!! Love your history. Thank you!
Our pleasure!
When you wake up at 3.30 a.m. and can't get back to sleep, what you need is Kev's video on resurrectionists. Sterling work that makes insomnia all that more worthwhile. Good work Sir! Thanks 😂
😂 My pleasure
That model was the icing on the cake!!! Fantastic!! 😊😊
Thank you 😋
Master storytelling!Loved the poem and the props!
Thanks for listening 👍🏻
Geweldig, ik heb weer genoten van je verhaal, dankjewel!
Just discovered the channel and am very impressed!
In Dublin by the way, the grave robbers were called "The Sack-em-ups". They were robbing on such an industrial scale they were exporting corpses to London and Edinburgh 😮
Thanks very much. It’s incredible to think isn’t it 👍
Excellent Kevin. As a ex Nurse i found this so interesting. We knew about the old days. But you made it so interesting. Both our Children were Both body doners. My Husband and I are also Donors. Our Daughter waited 10 years for a kidney. It never came 😪. This was very interesting & very well done. Thank you. 😊🇿🇦
Always a pleasure Yvonne. Have you seen my video yet on repairing wounds in ancient times, as an ex nurse you might find it interesting. 👍🏻
@thehistorysquad Thanks Kevin 😊. Yes it would be very interesting l am sure. Take care. Have a good weekend 😊🇿🇦
Your Patreon community is thriving. Fantastic! More content for all us history fans.
Yes! Thank you! We're so happy to have you onboard 👍🏻
@@thehistorysquad Don’t scream at me, Mr. Hicks.
Hi Kevin, I've enjoyed watching your videos, and seeing them get better and better over time. I've learned a lot from you, and love your models and descriptions. You're a great story teller. Keep up the great work!
Thanks, will do 👍
Once again loving what you do Kevin, many thanks to both of you, keep them coming, we can't get enough.
Thanks again from, Dave and kelly
Cheers guys!
Love the channel can't get enough, the details and horrific stories, but well meaning, looking forward for stuff😊
You rock Kevin! Last vid and this one were so cool
Thanks 👍🏻
Always happy to see another episode!
Ohhhh, interesting subject!! Thank you, Kevin, for all these great videos. I told my sister about them yesterday and told her to start watching them!
Thanks for that! Always appreciate a share 👍🏻
Love the effort you put into every project you do.
Once again you have outdone yourself , digging up arcane topics and dissecting the most grizzly aspects of things past .
😜
The ingenuity of those people! This was fascinating in a morbid sort of way... Thank you for making and posting this video for us to learn from!
Just curious, what do you do with all of those models when you're done with them?
I try to repurpose them wherever I can and store some. You never know when you might need a different kind of gallows 😉
I'm sure you have quite a diverse collection , just hanging around .
Better than the history channel with fraction of the budget!
Your use of models that you made yourself brings this all back to life (DEATH?🥰). This is easily among *the best of the best* history content on RUclips.
Wow, thank you!
Another great video Kevin and researched and presented in your usual high quality way, Thank you
Cheers Peter 👍🏻
Brilliant. 🙏🙏🙏
I can’t get enough of this guys channel :D
Thanks Hick's crew. Another great video 😊
This channel is top notch ❤️🔥💯 thank you!!!
Thank you again, kevin, for another great history lesson. ❤
My pleasure!
You have made art, Kevin!
I'm so happy I found your channel as I truly think you helped inspire my interest in British history when I visited Chepstow Castle with my school, and later Caerleon and Caerwent. Sometime in 05/06 I think!
I'm so glad! I used to have great fun doing those tours 😊
Absolutely fascinating, thanks again Kevin.
Very interesting topic, and great video this far.
In line with my hopes from last video, I'm putting the second run of basting stitches into my hose muslin. With luck they'll look less like a parachute now! Perhaps working to History Squad videos is a good luck charm for finding time in the week to continue.
Good stuff, hope they work out 👍
❤ Kevin, when AI captures your voice and your humour the kids will love history. Respect for what you're doing ❤
Thanks, but that's a scary thought, I hope it never happens.
Hello Kevin! I am a new subscriber and love your channel. Your videos are educational and so entertaining! 👏In my family history, I have an ancestor who was 7’2”, after he died they dug him up and displayed him in a traveling circus. Yikes!
This was in California, late 1800s. My brother who is 6’8” plans on being cremated. 😄
Haha, nice one Jean, thanks for the comment & welcome. Do you also have the tall gene?
Thanks! I’m looking forward to seeing many more of your videos. They are full of really interesting little tidbits that I have never heard before, and yes, I’m 5’9”, not to bad for a lady. 😀
Thank you, Kevin! Excellent as always!
Thanks again!
☺️a new one to help me relax! thanks Kevin, nice work!
Beautifully presented again Kevin.
