Thanks for the kind comment Samantha, really appreciate it. Hope it works out well for you and the family. Our mould hasn't come back 4 months in, so hope that's helping their health too!
I just watched your other video with the silent night dehumidifier. This one is a bit bigger than I was hoping to get, but looks pretty good. Thanks for the really clear review.
Thanks for the kind comment @sandanista2002 - yes they really are different, and this one does feel really big after the silentnight one which you can put on a shelf... Good luck in choosing one
just bought a meaco 25L platinum , please do a full control panel tour for that model , it will be a great help for me and many others , currently there is no video that covers this model , thank you
Hi, thanks for the kind comment and question. Ahh, the Platinum one looks really nice! I'm contacting Meaco to see if there are other models I can try out, would love to see the Platinum Thanks again
Thanks for the message - really sorry to hear that. There's been a couple of other comments saying the control panel stops working or comes apart from the unit...
hi, nice video. have you reduce or filter the sound? my 12l is normal loud. i thought it would be a little bit quiter. but i have not heard one dhf bevor.
Thanks Sid - yes, it's a little loud because we had a smaller dehumidifier before. I've not reduced the sound but the microphone does weird things anyway.
I am amazed how incredibly behind we are in Europe with dehumidifiers. These functions are so barebone and were available in the 90s in Asia, yet, they still want absurd prices for loud plastic boxes with no options whatsoever
Hi thanks for the kind question. I have no idea because I thought the Litres referred to the capacity. But that's not true and I think it's more about how much it dehumidifies per minute. So I think the 20L would be more rapid, or more effective per hour... But given it's a fixed sized house, I'd suppose the dehumidifier gets through what it needs to get through eventually either way! Not sure this is a helpful response but thanks again!
Hi @shaukat321ify - thanks for the kind question. Yes! It always runs the air through the Air Purifier filter when it's on dehumidifier mode. Hope this helps and thanks again
Hi, thanks for the kind question and really sorry the link doesn't work -- Amazon just links through to what it thinks is close and it looks as if it isn't yet available in the US... which is disappointing for both of us. Thanks again and fingers crossed for your dehumidifier
Ha, just saw your other vlog about the Meaco so had to pop over here, even though I understand the control panel. (memo to me = must get a life) Anyway thanks, your happy disposition has encouraged a newbee retiree to pop out to the pub. Yep, I will blame you. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Thanks.
Brilliant Baz, really appreciate the kind comments - helps me to keep going too. Have a great retiree pub tour! The house'll be dry by the time you're back
Hi Tracy - really sorry to hear this. All I can think of (I don't have the instructions to hand) is that maybe there's a blockage if something fell into the fan area or that the dehumidifier was turned on after being moved around - apparently it's meant to settle for a few hours after youve had it transported to your home. A bit like you're meant to with a fridge, so that the coolant settles. Hope you managed to find a fix for this - thanks for taking the time to leave a kind comment
I’m sat on the floor following your instructions…. Fabulous thank you 🙏
Thanks Lynn! Don't forget to let it rest for a few hours, like with a fridge, if it's just been delivered!
Good luck with the Dehumidifier!
This was really helpful - thank you! Concise and straight to the point. Lifesaver as mine didn't come with an instruction manual.
Thanks for the kind comment @anniandro - I really appreciate it. Good luck with your dehumidifier!
Mine just been delivered now using your video to help me how this works… so grateful ❤❤❤

Too true - thanks for the kind comment
Sorry. Good video, was not directed at you directly. It is just disappointing to see the market.@@DADDELIVERS
Thanks for this. Is there any difference between the 12l and 20l other than being a larger unit ? Cheers

Hi will this also purify the air at the same time when it is on dehumidifier mode?

Is this not avaible in the US? The amazon link does not take me to the meaco one :/
