So funny the day we wanted to see Eiffel Tower it was raining and windy so there wasn’t any line. It was May and we put every item of clothes we had on and went up. Funny story at the top the people up there were from Oregon and were from Washington state. We had a laugh about we don’t let the rain stop us in the land of rainy and cold until July. 🙃
Guys, No Worries, this is the adventure of a life time, yes there is going to be days like this. Deep breaths and move forward! Have fun with it! Cheers and have fun!!!!

VeganAthlete you guys should check out www.mindmyhouse.com ! You can find beautiful houses in beautiful places (lots of nature). You can stay there for free, and in exchange you care for the animals they have there (or take care of the pool and garden)

FYI, as it is late June/ early July, June 21st is the longest day (a lot of sunlight) but in the winter it is certainly not like that (sunrise at 8am and dark by 4.30pm). So it is best to travel in Europe around the lightest months to see more!

Guys, you look great and like you are in paradise. Surrounded by beautiful city, people, weather, language and even good vegan food options. Don't let few roadblocks spoil your positive attitude. I love France and wish I was there now. I know it's expensive and sometimes language challenges are frustrating but still - enjoy every moment.
Bonjour Jake & Nicole , avec votre voyage vous avez résumé notre "année" de vacances , nous avons 70 ans , 1° Paris c'est à 375 km de chez moi (Liège/Belgique) ,j 'y vais au moins une fois par an , 2 ° Tenerife nous y passons touts nos hivers (vous savez le climat hein ! ! ) 3 ° l'Espagne la catalogne nous y sommes allés plusieurs années pour des vacances annuelles . Touts ça pour vous dire que nous aimons beaucoup vous suivre . Nous vous regardons ensemble , ma femme et moi et vous faisons plein de bisous (si on peut se permettre )

It's a shame you didn't have time to get outside of Paris. The vegetable and fruit gardens at famous sites can be incredible. I love the espaliered orchard fences and lovely tumbled glass paths featured at most public gardens. They are always so beautiful and inspiring.

Yea if you've sold everything & you were renting your place so don't have a residential address in your home Country, State, USA, oomm. Yea the more info you have Birth certificate etc, the better 👈 but still it may be difficult getting a visa, cause your not their in Paris very long 👈 I got my Chinese visa while in my home country 👈 Before traveling 👈
