Why is a number raised to 0 equal to 1?

    I just started watching your videos and I subscribed to your channel. In my opinion you have earned it! I love your videos, they are very helpful and logical. It is great to see a teacher who enjoys what he does and has a sense of humor. Keep making great math tutorials and math on!

    Well, it should be any non-zero number raised to 0 power is always equal to 1. You didn't mention about 0^0 since it's undefined and an indeterminate form. There are reasons behind this about 0^0.
