Is West Kirby the happiest place to live in Merseyside?

West Kirby, in Wirral, has been named the best place to live in Merseyside for community wellbeing, with its residents coming out as the happiest in the region.
Known for its spectacular Marine Lake, its beach, parks and its independent shops- the seaside town seems to be more than a tourist destination with its residents among the happiest in Merseyside.

I used to know and visit this place in 50s and 60s,,,,school and day trips....the Wirral is great, also Heswall and Hoylake...
