NARROWBOAT - Shakedown Cruise for Narrowboat Avalon

Join me as I take this rare opportunity to cruise the River Nene in February.
I couldn’t cruise far due to winter stoppages, but took full advantage of the break in winter weather to stretch Avalons legs and go on a shakedown cruise.

Great to see you out on Avalon and that huge smile on your face. A great confidence booster. Our Maiden cruise on Nb Galatea was taking from March marina to our mooring on the cam. We had grins all the way and to top it off a flypast just before Ely by the Lancaster. A truly amazing experience.
