He damaged himself to activate support rune,which increase dmg of Blood punch and Blood punch Seraphim twice in 4 stage, almost destroying him. 3 stage is timed, so staggering Cacos is the easiest way

Does anyone know if you can still double blood punch Samur in phase 4 to essentially skip that whole encounter and move right into the Pain Elemental / Dreadknight battle?
The Holt Slayer Gate was different until Patch 5 changed it with the release of DLC2. This run is from before that change, almost three and a half years ago.

Did you intentionally stay under 75 health in the 4th round of the boss fight, so you could get the double damage on the blood punch? if you did, that's fucking evil man, also what runes do you use mostly?
The secret codex + bfg ammo by the two spectre whiplashes, if you leave that zombie/mancubus/hellknight alive, the spirit will possess an enemy there instead of the baron at the end. Do note that if you reload checkpoint, they despawn.
