Hey Ben! I have an original Kramer Striker from 1986, it was an odd beast, a Floyd Rose II (the strings fed through on the bridge and only locked at the nut) The humbucker was tilted like a Strat's bridge single coil would be, as was a thing back then.. The other odd bit was that it had three mini toggle switches instead of a 5 way blade switch. The weird bit was, the neck and middle were on/off but the bridge was an ON/ON/ON, giving you: Both coils humbucking in series, One coil, or both coils in parallel. There is NO WAY TO TURN OFF THE BRIDGE PICKUP! I fixed it up a couple of years back and it has a great neck, but I did not bother to rewire it yet.. Had it since just after I got out of high school in 86..
I could like this Kramer! I am digging the hockey stick headstock and block logo, just like ye olde dayz. I''d like to hear that through a better amp. I may have to go check one out for myself.
I grabbed one identical to that red transparent model a few months ago. It was a consignment from Guitar Center in Jacksonville, Florida. I really love it. I may upgrade stock pickups, tuners and Floyd Rose Special soon....or I may just leave it as is.. ❤❤
Can't Believe U Brother!! There he goes!! He's headed for a Fall!! 😴😴😴I had ruff Day 😂, love Kramer Guitar Though just send it my way BEN COOMBS 😉😉😉😁🤘🎸🤠
How does the neck thinness compare to the Kramer Focus VT-211S ? By thinness I mean measuring the neck from fingerboard to back of the neck (not the wide of it). Thanks
Really like the body finish on it !!
What's not to like? You can play hockey and guitar at the same time! Good tone and nice color too!
Red guitars are best guitars.

Sweet looking axe! Not a Floyd fan, but it sounds good! Nice price. Thanks Ben!
It sounds good I like it. Hows the neck profile on it? Does it have a scarf joint?

Nice to see you no longer have to remove the neck to adjust the truss rod. I have a 200 st from 1985. It still rips the flesh from your face!

As I recall quite similar.

I'm seeing conflicting info on nut widths of the strikers online. 1.626" or 1.693" , any opinions guys?
Floydus roseii. I may be an idiot but I do speak some Linneaen. 🎸
Nah you're just an idiot.
