@@mimipetit7527 they let the irrigation bags go dry post op failed bladder resection. Manual irrigation was 3 hours, then blood transfusion and second operation to remove clots and bleeding. ouch
@@mimipetit7527 worst part was after the failed manual irrigation the surgeon pulled the catheter and when he inserted the new one he hit the tumor with the end of the cath rupturing it and causing me to need another 1 hour surgery. great hospital ! I left that hospital worse than when I went in. They told me it was inoperable and I would need the whole bladder removed. I went to another hospital and they got the whole tumor out 2 weeks later. some surgeon's graduate with 'd's.
That's insane! Always get a second opinion...just goes to show you cannot trust all Surgeons/Drs especially with something as drastic as removing the bladder
I'm watching this at work, jumped up real quick when the phone rang. I was confused when it wasn't ringing 🤣
Mimi thanks so much! Very good energy from you, very well explained. Much appreciated. I already subscribed to your channel. God Bless you
Videographer is fired.
Pro tip be sure to manually irrigate before you set up CBI
Thanks for the video, I wish you guys went in closer though so we could see better
I will keep in mind for next time. Thank you so much for that feedback
Finally a good video that explains this. So for a bag, technically it's the same procedure, but just one irrigation bag?
So helpful. Thank you!!!
Thank you sooo much!!!
Can you please explain how to do input and output chart on the CBi .
Great information
Thank you!
What about the intermittent bladder irrigation, from which pore we can insert the irrigation solution?
Can you redo this video and go in closer thanks. We the viewers would appreciate it
omg thanks
The patient in this thumbnail is pretty much what I looked like when they did this "ever so panful, procedure" to me.
