this performance is so underrated
Hannah has a lovely tenderness in the opening sections, with some well articulated details. Pitching was a problem in one or two moments, but that's the difficult conditions of the auditions and quite forgiveable when the singer's basic ability is so sound. The dramatic change to the higher notes was perfectly timed to hit the judges right between the eyes. Not a perfect performance, but one that shows that Hanna could be a real contender with some expert tuition and the right songs.
Alex McNamee So far, Howard Rose, Stevie McCrory, Classical Reflection, Daniel Duke, Emmanuel Nwamadi, Sharon Murphy and Vikesh Champaneri. Looks like I'm falling behind in numbers.

*Wow*, that high note made this audition even more astonishing. She can sing, I was very pleasantly shocked when she hit that high note. This is another one of my favourite auditions. Well done! :)

It kinda pisses me off the fact that they wouldn't have turned if it wasn't for the falsetto and whistle notes at the end!

It's The Voice, if you can audition there, you're already good, so they need to hear your best...
Pedro Lucas its because all the singers are good, some better than others and they need someone who can set themselves apart from the completion and that whistle tone is one that would rival Mariah Carrey and Ariana Grande. I understand why they waited, she was good but could too easily be over powered by other singers or a crowd, BUT that Whistle tone will not be overpowered, or blend into a crowd, not many can do it and the ones that can efficiently will be famous.
Pedro Lucas exactly, there's two audition steps before you get accepted to the blind auditions...you get there if they really find you interesting, and from there you better make smart song choices that show off your vocal skills!
She kept going flat that's why they didn't turn until the end. She is lucky her falsetto was in key

She's got one of the cleanest whistles i'd ever heard.. Mariah can go really higher but this hannah has some sick clear clean whistle!
DripperBen101 Agreed. Not just one of, but THE cleanest, and best controlled, whistle I've ever heard. Much, much better [in control] than Leah Mcfall, and most of the professionals. I think only Mariah and Minnie Riperton have ever been a match to what Hannah did here, which is what makes this such an outstanding audition.
Mariah can go high, but it is not very clean. Hannah can go very clean.

Just beautiful... love the way she built up the song to a climax that she absolutely nailed! Mesmerising, smooth and rich warmth in Hannah's voice. And she looks amazing!!

I keep coming back to this because she's so beautiful and the sounds that come out of her vocals are tremendously calming. I loved how effortlessly she hit those whistles. You better sang that song shuga!!!

I know Hannah has an incredible voice, this was not her best performance as a result of the nerves, but she saved her place with the fabulous high notes, I think with next performances she's climbing to the top! Congrats Hannah!

Low notes are gorgeous. Minnie Ripperton notes at the end amazingly sweet. Less convinced by those in between 😜 but she did a great audition and deserved the three turns she got.
