If you are providing competitive salary, why don't you disclose it or at least provide a range. Disclosing range would obviously help attract top talent if salary is truly competitive. Saying we provide competitive salary is nice way to say screw you we will pay as low as possible to extract every ounce of work out of you.

Nepal ma successful career banauna sakincha bhanera bujhnu parcha re lol... company le salary tirne bela 80000 per month which translates to 4$ per hour ....US minimum wage in Seattle is 18 dollars per hour for low skilled people, forget about the high skill software engineers (30$ per hour + for even OPT programs) .... at the same time who doesn't work for the company and are freelancer have a far better income than LFT pays.... ani kina retain hos ra bhane nepali company ma manche haru and why would not they go abroad and stay in such company who pays penny??... Don't make a fool of people by saying that you can build a successful career in Nepal or LFT but instead mention that they can earn far better in life if they leave Nepali companies that pay salaries that do not even match the inflation rate of Nepal. Every people working in LFT deserves a better salary rather than those 4-8$ salaries they are putting in and making them slaves of the company and earning loads of profit. Please do the reality check before making such big comments
