I see in that little girl very fine qualities which are better than many adults, even though her mother was too selfish and was thinking of herself living a 'better life' without thinking of her daughter being abandoned at such a young age.
She is a considerate young girl, and when her drunken uncle fell asleep in a drunken stupor, she put his bottle of liquor carefully aside so that the bottle will not be broken accidently, she closed the door of that hut for protection and privacy when the uncle fell asleep. She also took what little money had been given to her by her mother, and tactfully put it in the uncle's pocket, to pay for her doctor's fees, she knows how to give all her money earned at the market selling cabbages to her uncle, etc. She is not selfish, but loving and forgiving.
